"If i could give this place 0 stars i would. When we first movied in these apartments where $950 a month. These apartments are not worth the money they curently charge! The apartments are not up to date internaly! They slapped paint on the ourside and upped the price saying its the "market value" The gym has not been updated since 2015, the equipment is old and could break at any time. The amenities they claim you have access to, games room/ movie room/ kitchen are not accessable after office hours hours. You need to book in advance or try to call the main line that goes through to management but the manager is terable and never answers the phone and is not friendly at all. Management are fake people who smile to get you in and then ignore you and your needs once you are here. You haveto pay fees to pay your rent in any way other than cashier's check, but the apartments have now blocked off there rent drop so if you work during office hours. Good luck! What ever happened to trying to entice people to live at an apartment by competing to have the lowest price? All these greedy apartments do is try to charge you as much as they possable can and claim "its market value" as their excuse to extorting you for all you have. Again 0 stars if i could."

"love this place, been here for 2 years. upgraded to a 3 bedroom. nice and quiet. maintenance is always quick to fix anything! rented out the clubhouse for my kids bday party was a blast!!"

"I lived here for two years, when i first moved in I found construction equipment and paint tubs left behind that I had to remove myself. When I looked in my storage closet on the patio it was full of the belongings of the previous tenets, that I also had to remove myself, even after asking management to get it out. Management also does not stay in the office during the hours posted or answer phone calls back in a timely manner, which is quite frustrating when you’re trying to get something fixed. Management does not clean the property, the stairwells, walkways, lights, and exit signs are all covered in dirt, paint, wasps next, and stains from trash. Parking here is terrible, and you must register through the outdated Propark app, which constantly messes up, resulting in costly tows. In the last year my rent for a one bed one bath went up $400 when all management did to improve the quality of living was sloppily slap a new coat of paint on the building. Dealing with the on site manager, Jamie Meltaburger, is very frustrating. She treats every conversation like you’re wasting her time, and is slow to offer a solution to any issue, if she even offers a solution at all. She is a very unprofessional, and quick to offer excuses, it is very clear she only cares about money not the well-being of her tenets. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone"

"Looked at places all over town. Woodlands by FAR has the best office staff! They were very informative, answering all my questions and concerns. They got me immediately into the office and were able to show me an apartment and get the ball rolling once I let them know I wanted it! less than 24 hrs later they are doing the make ready and I will be able to pick up my keys to my new place! The units are VERY nice. The granite counters are a nice touch and have a TON of counter-top space for my cooking and serving! Best rental experience I have ever encountered!!! Thank you Jamie and Elaine!"
