"PLEASE RUN, DO NOT LIVE HERE! I’ve lived in this apartment complex for 2 1/2 years and I’ve never felt so happy and relieved to move out… Here are the main issues below I’ve experienced while living here: * Crime - There’s been shootings + altercations in the other buildings and cops are always showing up. I’ve never felt so unsafe in an apartment complex before out of my 3 years of renting. * People - One of the maintenance guys lives here and he was arguing with his “girlfriend” she was yelling and arguing back and forth walking barefoot outside our balcony door crying… We’ve witnessed residents half-naked outside arguing smoking with alcohol in their hand, we almost called cops afraid they were going to pull out a gun. 3 females were looking into our window because they were looking for a girl who stole their phone at the community pool. They were angry and ready to FIGHT We felt so unsafe here! * They use fetch delivery service - $15 mandatory fee and even if you don’t use it, you still have to pay each month on top of your base rent. Your packages CANNOT be delivered to your front door, they will not let any delivery truck usps, ups, Amazon etc. through the gates and the office WILL NOT hold your packages whatsoever. * There is NO parking available - All parking is filled up and it’s first come, first serve. You might as well pay $150 for covered parking or $250 for garage. They towed our car once and we had to pay $300!!! * The Apartment Walls Are Thin- Neighbors are noisy, blasting music and you can hear literally everything. * They have an insect problem, we had ants and crickets in our apartment and we had to deal with the issue for 1 week until pest control came. We solved the issue ourselves! * WiFi is AT&T instant on - None of the ports worked, my husband had to wire them himself for them to actually work. We’ve spoken to 2 residents and they said the same thing. One of them told us they would rather pay the money to cancel their lease then continue living here. THAT ITSELF should tell you how the complex is. The management company and staff that took over named “Sherman Residential” are unprofessional, they never answer your calls, always busy and have no sympathy or compassion for their residents and are super greedy for your money. Overall, these are not luxury apartments like they promote them to be. I recommend you don’t even schedule a tour and find another complex in the Grand Prairie area where you will be treated with respect as a resident and invest in a community that actually is WORTH your money."

"10/10 the best apartment complex in Grand Prarie. They keep it super clean and fresh. It’s brand new ! The girls in the office will answer your questions thoroughly and clearly. Love this place. Off to a great start"

"I do not think is fair to give the property a low rating seems like its the same person writing the review. The team is great, they offer great amenities, gym is open 24/7 and we are so close to the highway. I do see other reviews complaining about parking, the community's offers garages and carports that are reserved . Every property has their ups and downs but I have never had an issue with the staff, work orders get done, and I love my unit."

"Every complex has its downsides, but the ones here aren't too bad. The grass in the center area isn't super level and I've twisted my ankle, but it's usually because I'm looking at my phone while walking my dog through the grass, and the small dog park is currently muddy in some areas. There are not package lockers, this community uses Fetch. Not the greatest option, but I've only had issues with packages once so far. I wish the flooring was better (it's the vinyl wood stuff) but that's super minor. Nice layouts, good amenities, and Jasmine in the leasing office is awesome and super helpful!"

"Don't be fooled, these are not luxury apartments. It's hilarious because when you call them, the recording will say "Luxury Living" and they don't allow packages to the apartments. We're every luxury apartments allow Amazon packages. These apartments are the worst. I have stayed out of obligation and because at the time it was the only apartment that had availability. When I first moved it I had to pull out my tools to re install every door because they weren't screwed in correctly. I had an issue getting internet in the apartment. They told me to call AT&T. They sent a service technician to the apartments, my first week there. The AT&T tech told me, I can not get internet in your living room nor the bedroom because the installation for the fiber optics were installed incorrectly. I told the apartments about it, and they did absolutely nothing. To this day they act like they don't know anything about it. It took an Entire Year to get my garage door to work properly. I have all the documents and of course the apartments act like they never knew anything about it. People constantly fighting over parking. Never enough parking. And lastly the noise issue. New residents moved in upstairs above me. I had 3 different couples live above me, never had an issue. Until now. Constant noise Everyday. They have woken me up many times at 5am. And other times at 11am. Massive stomping, and thumps, and if they were working out or dropping weights. I have Emailed the apartments 8 times (yes I have proof). They told me if I wanted to move upstairs. I told them if they are willing to pay for my address change. They didn't respond to it. I then had to go to the main office to complain about it. They told me to call the resident officer. I have called this man 9 times. Nothing. I then started to leave the office voice mails. Nothing. I went upstairs myself to tell them to stop, they wouldn't answer the door. For the amount I'm paying for the apartment is not worth the amount of stress I have to go through on a daily. They actually had the nerve to send me a servy for the apartments. I gave them 1 stars on everything and they said they would get back to me about the issues I've been having. And you've guessed it, absolutely nothing. If you have somehow made it through the end, stay away from these apartments. This is false advertising by they calling themselves luxury living. Oh and just to show Everyone that I am not lying ill put down my apartment number. It's 5306. Because I'll be moving out."
