"If you want to pay top dollar for a small apartment, fight over parking spots, deal with a front office that says lies and people constantly smoking weed, this is your spot! If you don't, then save your time and money, and you're better off going somewhere else. Try Luxia, Copeland or any other apartment in the area for a better spot to live in. The reviews speak for themselves. And if you're dealing with the fron office, good luck. Record the conversations bc they will lie and screw you over!"

"We lived here from 2019 to early 2021. We moved out and provided our new address to the front office. The office also had our emails and phone numbers on file. We were NEVER notified that we would owe any money due to a “damage” claim… over two years pass and August of 2023 we received a notice that a collections was received from this apartment complex. I contacted the office and spoke to Barbara, she advised me it was incorrect and she would contact the collections company and get it removed. I followed up a few days later and she confirmed she spoke to someone and they were removing it… 6 months pass by and nothing has been done. I called the collections company directly and they advised me no one has contacted them. So I reached back out to Barbara and she is now changing it up completely, stating we have to pay over $1000 for a “damage” from 2021 that was NOT there when we moved out. And this is all after she assured me in August of 2023 it was incorrect charge and would be removed. You simply cannot trust a company that runs like this!"

"Went and viewed these and they appear great from the outside and would’ve been a no brainer to lease with them but once I read reviews, I decided to look elsewhere. I’ve since received emails of lower prices.. prices aren’t necessarily the issue, the staff seems to be. Hopefully they make the proper changes cause it seems like that’s why they’re losing business."

"My family and I absolutely LOVE this property. We have been here only a week and have submitted three minor requests that have been completed in LESS than 24hrs. We have never lived on a property where the request was handled so quickly. The residents are so nice, friendly, and quiet. The property is clean and well kept. 5 stars for sure!!!!!!"

"My husband and i love our unit!! Super quiet community and friendly staff. I will say 7 out of the 10 times i called, they did not answer the phones as it seems they only have one or two people in the office at a time but if you leave a message, they get back to you ASAP!!(They get busy!! Give them some slack) I am so happy i chose this property over another traditional apartment complex."
