"I’ve been here for almost a month. So far things are good. The move in was smooth. I had two minor maintenance issue but they were solved with no problem. Resident parking is hassle and there are very few visitors parking throughout the complex but so far so good."

The couple of minor maintenance issues I’ve had have been addressed quickly. The residents are friendly, but not too noisy. Have you seen the amenities? My dog loves the dog park! Truly a great place to live!"

"I personally love Copeland. I’ve been here since they opened a year ago & have loved it. Taylor is so sweet and actually cares about her residents. A lot of communities just want to take your money but I actually don’t feel that here. Being a mom I enjoy the positivity I feel when I encounter the staff. The only complaint as others have mentioned is the parking. Parking is hard here especially if you are someone who has guest. Other than that, Keep doing what you’re doing Copeland!"

"There are no elevators. The non-optional trash valet comes half the time. Management never responds back. The foundation here is HORRIBLE- there are plenty of reviews that have the same issue. I had to request maintenance to fix my patio door that wouldn't close properly ever since move in. But by far, the biggest issue is the continual punishment to residents for NO PARKING! They have not given residents enough parking, EVEN IF you pay EXTRA to have roofed parking. There is no space at all, there are cars parked EVERYWHERE and we get punished for it. I have been towed myself because there was ZERO parking even under the roofs, and I had to call off work to get my car 35 MILES AWAY and pay $320!!! Here's the good part. They continue to respond that they are "working on it" (as you can see on the reviews here) and come out with a PARKING POLICY that doubles down on PUNISHING residents. They are enforcing "zero tolerance" towing policy because of their own incompetence. There is literally ZERO SPACE to park after 8 pm. So be prepared to get towed for paying $1600+ to live here just to not be able to even park anywhere."
