"Save your money! these apartments are trash period! infested with roaches and Bedbugs! I lived in a 1br and a 2br both had bed bugs and roaches.. The kitchen is legit the size of a closet!! New management refused to give me my deposit!! They're are plenty of apartments in GP that are all bills paid! This should be the last restort if that! The apartments are small!!! They arent even the size they say, the 2 bdr is approximately 800 sqt ft... I moved because rent was under $700 they now inflated the cost, they "remodeled" still not enough to be effective!!! Don't be fooled ans dont fall victim to this place! My car has even been broken into!"

"Theyre ok as a starter apartment but they have bedbug and cocoroach issues, the 1st floor apartments in the back flood when it rains, the ac is controlled by the office so spring or fall days u will be either too hot or too cold alot of days because even though there is a thermostat in the apartment u cannot switch from heat to ac they do that upfront when they decide its cold or hot enough to switch to cold air and hot air."
