"**updated review** manager Gabby never returns email or phone calls. After I got evicted manager really stopped trying to deal with me. Pretty much I got charged a reletting fee plus a broken lease fee. I clearly couldn't throw trash out apartment when both trash cans for full & trash falling out can. I emailed manager... she told me to leave trash in Apt & I get a trash removal fee. Manager still has not reached back out to clarify or try to fix charges. I get a email from leasing agent seems like leasing agent is put up to handle things manager don't want to deal with. I'm definitely looking into some legal action against Monticello properties. I had no problems with my apartment. Quiet small complex very well kept. My issue is the discrimination comments. The manager "Trisha" is very rude & unprofessional. She doesn't know how to talk to her residents or staff. She talked to me like I'm ignorant told me to take my money & find somewhere I can afford. Just because I hit a rough spot & got behind don't mean talk stupid to me. She needs to be retrained on professionalism. I'm not happy at all about the way I was talked to. I will be addressing this issue at a higher level. Respect goes a long way. No way I should be disrespected. I will be taking my money elsewhere that will definitely talk to me better & treat me better."

"I can’t speak for everyone else but I have been here 2 years and have not had any issues. I have to shout out Gabby in the office because she is literally the BEST! Always going out of her way to help. The apartments are good for the most part. Maintenance is A1. They always get the job done in a timely matter. I have never had to wait on any maintenance requests. Also. I have a toddler and I feel safe living here. I just renewed my lease for another year. I would recommend if you’re looking for something spacious and affordable."

"I moved in a few months ago but I will be leaving soon the management here is terrible very lazy very misinformed. This complex is small with very small until the rent is ridiculous the bugs are insane for the complex to be so small it makes no sense why the maintenance men are late on work orders and don't complete them correctly. A total waist of money here I would never live here again with the current management."

"My fiance and I were looking to rent our own place back in July of 2018. We had a baby on the way so we were hoping to find something affordable with an overall safe community. I came across Parkway Villas Apartments on the internet and decided to visit their office based on the ratings/reviews they had on Google (3.5 Stars). Fortunately they had an apartment becoming available (1 BR) right around the time that we needed it, our deposit was a bit on the higher end due to having no credit or renting history but I was expecting that and we had the money ready. We lived there from July 2018-July 2020 and never had ONE problem with anything at all. The neighbors were great many of them with small children, I would get home from work at 10:30pm and never encountered any kind of issues. The office staff changed from 2018-2020 but overall they were all friendly and when I reported maintenance related things they would come fix it that same day, maintenance guys were nice people too. These apartments are not in any way "luxurious" but they were affordable and the community was overall good. Friends and family would always come visit and we never had an issue with cars getting towed so that was another big plus. I moved out this past summer because we were finally able to get a house, we left the apartment clean and we received most of our deposit back so we were happy. Overall my family and I had a great experience here. Recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable and calm apartment complex to live in. I never write google reviews but I figured this review could help people like me who depend heavily on peoples past experiences and reviews. Thanks Parkway Villas."
