"I have mold in my apartment,cracked walls for the longest time and everytime l go to office they barely do a thing.last time l complained about my microwave not working the lady Patricia told me she had the same problem and they not fixing any microwaves l should buy me one.They never fix nothing but expect rent be paid???so today l went in to complain bout the same issue 'mold$cracked walls' and she tells me l should spray some vinegar and cold water there's nothing they can do like really?????Then she goes ahead to tell me or l should move out??Like don't propose to me bout moving out l know what to do all l want is to have the problem taken care of.That was so annoying and beyond me coz why y'all can't have mantainance do their job or don't you have maintenance at....somebody gotta do something because it's getting out of hand rn"

"The Management and staff have zero professionalism whatsoever and just generally seem annoyed being at work. After speaking with multiple tenants at the apartments and hearing the same thing regarding the staff at the front office I decided to speak with the manager herself and tried to have her explain why we’ve heard so many complaints and given her the situations we were told just for her to deny all of it and put all the blame on the people saying they went in wanting to start stuff with them. When confronted for her unprofessionalism and behaviors towards the tenants she get upset and threatens to call police and even sent a letter of eviction to a family that would’ve put them in a very difficult position just for her to say they’re not going to be evicted and basically it was just a scare tactic since she had just had an altercation with a guest of the family. This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful and inappropriate but can also be considered bullying and harassment of the many many people who have lived at this apartment complex for years and wouldn’t have much to depend on if they were to lose their apartments. We have tried numerous times to get into contact with anyone that may really be in charge of the office employees to report these incidents to no avail."

"The officer bearers are the worst I have ever seen. Super rude and unprofessional. They don’t have time to listen to tenants request especially on maintenance issue which has taken years to solve. Their book keeping is horrible. I wont recommend any to stay here even in the next world! I wish the management would change for the better"

"They have the RUDEST office people I have ever seen at an apartment complex. Really should think about training them on customer service when doing any kinda of business for this company. I would never want to deal with these office people from their horrible attitude especially shituawana or however you spell it and I believe she is the manager, what a shame. Really think about living here and having to deal with the office people."
