"10 stars!! The Leasing and Maintenance staff are all amazing, caring and helpful! The community is quiet and peaceful, and the residents are friendly and considerate. The common areas and landscape are well kept and very clean, even the dumpster area is kept tidy. We recently moved to Mansions from an apartment that had a great view of Lake Lewisville, and it was extremely hard to leave that...however this hidden gem in Hickory Creek is very impressive, and hands down has the best apartment staff ever! A huge thank you to the staff for providing an exemplary place we can call home!"

"Y’all this place is hands down the best place to live! I have lived in Denton & surrounding areas for the past 10 years & literally moved different places several times - I don’t know how I was able to secure a place here but I’m so blessed having a place I can call home here. Kim (property manager) & her crew are genuine & amazing! Maintenance is spot on. And the units are so lush & spacious. Great location, safe, pleasant, & peaceful. I love this place!"

"The Mansions at Hickory Creek is by far, leaps and bounds, the best property I have ever had the opportunity to live at. The apartments are spacious and equipped with very good appliances. The quality is very high... granite counters, wood floors, plush carpets, large garden tubs and big garages equipped with blutooth openers. I've lived in two different floor plans now and loved them both. The staff is the best part of this property. The maintenance crew is unmatched. Gibran and Carlos are polite, quick, efficient and friendly. They both know what they are doing and I trust them in my home when they need to work there. Whitney, a leasing agent, always greets you with a smile and helpful solutions for any visits inquiry. And Kimberlee keeps it all going. She is hands down the best manager I've ever had at any property I've lived at. She is kind, knowledgeable, understanding and cares. She knows all her residents by name and works hard to keep the place looking beautiful. This apartment had been my home for the past 3 years and will continue to be far into the future."
