"The property manager is the worst person ever. Do not move here. Ashley has been the most respectful, understanding person you could ever meet. The assistant manager I haven’t spoken to. But that manager is an unhappy with herself and her life so you try to mess up other. But it backfired on you. You should seek help lady."

"DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!! NOVEMBER 2023. Beware!! I lived in the smaller one bedroom unit I moved to the complex in 2019 it was decent overall I never had any pest issues. The office is definitely poorly managed both the manager Denise and assistant manager Maria are very shady and money hungry they are charging me astronomical fees to MOVE OUT of the unit I was in. I was placed on the third floor always a good tenant bills always paid and no complaints from neighbors. I ended up trapped in my lease for 12 days in November of 2023 and had to pay over $1000 in rent for those twelve days on top of that they tried to charge me a $65 fee for have my electricity TURNED OFF on a Friday 2 days before my lease ended. they also charged me $97 for a carpet cleaning when my apartment was spotless during the walkthrough, I paid all the fees and then there was a balance on my account that I could not see in my portal that had supposedly been there since October BEWARE this has been the most stressful move out!! I would not Recommend Three60north Apartments I’d rather live in a box. Maria Is the worst and they don’t have a real corporate number for upper management to make formal complaints."

"I have lived here at these apartments for 3 years and must say my experience was very good, nice clean property,maintenance has been on point quick response whenever I need anything, staff friendly although property could use a few upgrades I would recommend this place gonna miss this place"

"Currently live here and I’m just stuck, I’ve been here for a year and it’s been nasty, the place has roaches, I’ve have to deal with them for the past year no matter how many times I’ve asked them to spray, I’ve bombed my place twice and still the roaches are here, I honestly do not recommend because this has been by far the nastiest place and then they have the nerve to go up on rent, that’s ridiculous to say when you’re uncomfortable in your own place. Nope keep looking, they are cheap for.a reason! I can’t wait till this lease is over so I get away for here! Absolutely disgusted!"

"PLEASE READ! HIGHLY IMPORTANT! I have been a tenant with these apartments two years. When I originally moved here I loved it! Its quiet , I never had issues with bugs, neighbors are respectful and the original people in the office were nice and great. They now have new people in the office. I have been working with BOTH Ashley’s upfront. The new people in front are MONEY HUNGRY. I was suppose to transfer to a two bed room and have paid my money and signed lease just for them to tell me TODAY 10/27 (few weeks from my transfer 11/18) that the current tenants have decided to stay as of yesterday 10/26. I have started packing, I have already hired movers. On top of that, they were demanding over $4000 just for me to transfer so I was already having to deal with that. Of course you pay a transfer fee $500. Then I had paid my deposit of first month rent $1375. Would have to pay my pro-rated rent for new apartment of $595 and they wanted me to pay December rent along with that of $1375 (because if you move in after the 15th you automatically pay next months rent). I STILL have to pay my last month rent (pro-rated) for current apartment and they hit me with a UTILITY bill of $420 that also has to be paid before moving out. They wanted me to pay all of this before move out of current and moving in to my new unit. There has been issues on top of issues. Please read these reviews. They are NOT lying. They will want all this money from you but can’t accommodate, especially with loyal tenants as myself. Their communication is HORRIBLE. I have filed an complaint on them. Move in at your own risk. Make sure whatever y’all sign and discuss is IN WRITING and you have copies/receipts."
