"I was a former police officer years ago in a small City on I-35 just south of Dallas. And I will not bad mouth forum Estates because I met some wonderful people there residents and management. But I will say to the owners and business partners of this particular community agreed and lack of empathy has made this location and unsafe place to stay. It is obvious that your concern is more about money than getting the support that your staff needs and the residents should have by right. There should be on property security at all times. There should be working exit and entry Gates or an active guard shack that checks the people in and out of the property. As it stands now any and everybody has come through these Gates they're constantly remain broke and consistently have never worked more than a week. The Management Group can only do so much when there is no support from the board member or partnerships that own this property. Again it is clear that the emphasis is on profits and not safety."

"My moving experience was very pleasant & easy thanks to Ms. Cassandra. You can tell that she really enjoys her career here and she is very kind to people. She will respond in a timely manner and answer any questions that you may have. Thank you for making the move easy for me! I will recommend the complex to others! Update: lease is getting ready to end, they got rid of ms Cassandra. Not sure why they always take away the nice people. New rules, higher prices no upgrades."

"The manager is a gem. I started looking sixty in advance. The rent was significantly higher then. She told me to wait until closer to my move in date. I waited & I had one small issue with my income, but no worries, we got it taken care of. I applied one day & moved in two days later. I made a maintenance request & they came within hours. I love it here. It's so quiet & peaceful. Also, Mr. Devin helped me & was patient with me & even offered to let me use his personal laptop to finish the application. They are both great! Come see the property NOW!!"

"My move in experience was HORRIBLE and I have only been here for 2 1/2 weeks!!! The apartment I moved in was NOT ready and the office staff is trash! The only thing that is keeping me here is Kevin B (maintenance). He came in today with his paper and pen ready to fix the incorrect things on my list. He is very professional and at this point I am very appreciative of his service!!!"
