"I would give this zero stars if I could. When I first came to this property I was excited to see what it had to offer. Especially because it’s so close to my kids school. The first visit I looked at 2 bedrooms but they didn’t have any available of the two bedrooms they showed me. So the young lady Ashley was supposed to walk the units to see what they all had and then availability and give me a call back. 2 weeks passed and that never happened. Mind you I’m on a time crunch. I come back the second time and another young lady helped me but she as well didn’t know what units would be available or how they would look. Now mind you this is the second time I have gone. I was patient enough for two weeks. The other young lady said that if I give her a day that she can have that info. Mind you I had been told the very same thing 2 weeks ago. When I wanted to talk to her manager about it I could see her talking to the young lady and she still didn’t get up. She kept eating and talking. When I asked for the corporate number she wanted to finally talk. I will not be leasing here due to the lack of knowledge from the entire team. But to mention the customer service. I understand being under construction and a new apartment building but I’m sure this isn’t the companies first Rodeo. There are several new apartments with the same issue of just being built but they know everything about their apartment home. I have never had this type of treatment nor have I met professionals so unorganized."
