"Edited review after consideration and after recent events. Apartments are some of the least expensive in Denton, and close to a great Mexican restaurant. Alan, the maintenance guy, is a hard worker, and, despite having more work elsewhere, does his best to get things fixed on-site. There are occasional issues with communication with the new manager and the online portal is kind of glitchy and clunky to use, but overall, as long as you don't mind occasional inconveniences that come with cheap apartments, like pipes being fixed frequently, it's a decent place to live. If you can afford better, I recommend shopping around first, but for those on a budget who don't mind a place that's rough around the edges, you could do a lot worse. I've certainly seen a lot worse in Denton."
"I lived at Westminster Gardens for about 5 years, and really enjoyed my time here. They are nicely priced for the area, and surprisingly quiet despite being right next to the I-35. The units are clean and modern, and feel very open and spacious. Maintenance was always prompt and fixed everything to our complete satisfaction. The manager Misty was a pleasure to work with and won’t hesitate to address your issues."
"I have lived here for 2.5 years and absolutely love it. The apartments are larger than most in Denton with W/D connections. I am older, so I love the peace and quiet here. Several of my neighbors have been here for a long time, so that says a lot. The manager is the best. She goes out of her way to help, no matter what her tenants may need. Having onsite management and maintenance is also a plus."
"I have lived here for almost 4 years and absolutely love it here. The management we have now is the best it has ever been! Work requests are always handled promptly as well as any other issues that may arise. The parking is finally no longer an issue and management makes sure everyone has plenty of parking passes for guests as well as make sure everyone is fully aware they have no control over the towing company so make sure all guests use a pass."
"Lived here for a year and it has been great. On site maintenance is always helpful (even helped me jump my car a few times). The area is quiet and safe. My only complain is a rent a bit high for the amount of amenities but i knew that going in. The apartment is big, clean, and bug free. If you are looking for a place on the UNT bus line this would be it!"
