"they promised me a renovated apartment, and then two weeks before move-in they told me it wasn’t going to renovated. then, i moved in and it was completely disgusting. they told us they were going to move us into a different apartment building when it had been fully renovated six months ago, and my roommate and i have yet to hear anything. i also don’t even have a doorknob on my bedroom door. aside from all of that, one of my biggest issues is the front office is constantly open LATE. if you say you are going to open at 9:00 or 10:00 am, i should not be coming thirty minutes later to a completely dark building and locked doors. this is beyond frustrating because i have a job and i usually get home after the office is closed. this means most days i can only pick up my packages in the morning. if you can’t open that early in the morning then you should change your office hours. this has happened three times now in the past 2 weeks, but it’s happened before then too. what’s even more frustrating is if i don’t pick it up within three days, it gets sent back. how is that my fault when i come during my free time when the office is supposed to be open, but it’s closed? anyways, do not sign a lease to live here. it sucks. it’s not worth it."

"Delayed move in to prepare my unit but moved in to dirty floor, dirty toilet, dirty shower, broken shower rod, missing knobs to the dresser, closet door was off it’s railing, rusty sink, and no dry wall behind my toilet. Weight room and game room are constantly closed. The front office staff will always put you second and have an attitude with any request or questions you might have. This place is cheap and you get what you pay for. This was just a few issues with the property many more could be listed a 1 star is very generous deserves much less."

"Edited to add: the mail pick up situation is incredibly annoying and inconvenient. It takes them days to check packages in and then once they are checked in there are only limited times when you can go to pick them up (which are right in the middle of the school/work day). They claim it’s because they’re “too busy” and have “too many packages” yet when they were hiring for front desk help a few months ago they had multiple applicants and only hired one. Since then many of the other staff have quit so yes, they are understaffed, but they could have hired more than one person when they had the applicants. Not to mention the very high turnover rate of all of the employees. Original: Our apartment was absolutely nasty when we moved in, we had a ton of maintenance requests, and were just overall very concerned with having to live here for the next year. We expressed our concerns to Amy on move in day and despite her being incredibly busy and stressed she took the time to come up to our unit and talk about things with us and assured us that we would have all of our problems fixed. I’m not going to lie, we thought that this was going to be all talk just to make us happy that day, but Amy has followed through with everything she promised us. We recently got our mold issue more seriously addressed and while Amy was on PTO she took the time to speak with us over the phone about our concerns and plans of action. She truly cares about her residents and turning this place around. To be completely honest, I would not recommend living here, but that is not due to the current leadership. The current leadership has gone above and beyond to try and fix the absolute sh!t show they were thrown into due to the past management. Past management made false promises, but the new management is doing everything they can to help fix this. So yes, all of these reviews you see about the property and facilities themselves are true, but the staff is amazing and they are working their butts off to try and turn this place around. I applaud anyone who works here and deals with this situation everyday and still comes to work with a smile on their face and willing to help their residents. The owners of this property need to do some serious cosmetic and maintenance work immediately, but the people on site are going above and beyond to try and fix this place and turn it around. So thank you to Amy and all of the other staff that have helped us and been transparent with us and held up their end of the promises. It’s not their fault that this place is in as horrible of shape as it is, that’s due to PAST management and staff and their lack of properly maintaining this community."

"READ REVIEWS!!! These reviews are not a joke, don’t let anyone you know move in here. Move in day fall of 2023 was the absolute worst. My sister’s apartment was not cleaned, trash and food crumbs everywhere, all showers broken, and cockroaches EVERYWHERE. Clearly the last tenant had moved out a while ago and management never sent housekeeping to clean, and so the cockroach infestation grew. And if it’s in one apartment, you know it’s going to spread. And they weren’t able to give us apartment keys (only a bedroom key) because they hadn’t changed the locks yet from the previous tenant (the lease runs till July so they definitely had time to clean and change locks). How they had the audacity to give keys to an apartment they either never checked on or didn’t care about is astounding. And no it wasn’t just our apartment. On move in day the lobby was filled with students and parents complaining about their apartments not being cleaned, missing bedroom doors (literally a whole door gone), mold, no keys to the front door, appliances not working, holes in the walls, filth in the toilets, etc. With all of these issues for 600 students (according to management) how fast y’all think maintenance and housekeeping will be able to get to all of them? Yeah, so these reviews saying they how slow maintenance is makes complete sense. When we talked to the front desk, the girl said that they would send pest control two days later, if house keeping was still on site they would come (isn’t it their job to make them come??), and if this didn’t work the last option is to break the lease. You want us to give money to break a lease where you didn’t hold up your side? I get this is student housing and they don’t need fancy things. But cleanliness and checking apartments for any maintenance work BEFORE students move in is the most basic thing they could have done. Students could only move in two days before classes start, so students either have to suffer or be homeless. Management is saying they’re new and they just started at these apartments. Even if that’s true (who knows they lie left and right), still their job to take of these issue or to inform us before move in. And at a minimum APOLOGIZE AND SHOW SYMPATHY. This was a great place ten years ago, but it’s just gone downhill. These reviews are not just from a few who were angry, this is really what it’s liking living here. Attaching some photos, there was way more cockroaches I was too creeped out by them to go in and take more pictures."

"My roommates and I were promised renovated rooms with new appliances, furniture, and a gated complex. Instead we got ghosted after being tricked into signing a 12 month lease for a run down building with half broken utilities, rotting garbage everywhere, bugs, and an unsafe broken door. The management is not useful and leaves all the angry tenants to the receptionists who don’t have answers to any questions. The gate to the complex remains unfixed and the maintenance is short tempered and does not fix things as needed. Even under new management the buildings are suffering. There are piles of bird poop and dog poop everywhere. Most tenants here have nothing good to say about the complex. So don’t sign the lease unless you want unpleasant living conditions with terrible maintenance."
