"I moved here from another student living apartment that will not be named and I can say the forum is an upgrade for sure. The move in process was easy and if there was any concern the stuff way always there to answer any questions. The apartment itself is nice and spacious depending on how you decorate it and the rooms are a decent size for one person. The bus route is efficient, It gets me on campus in less than 15 minutes. Overall forum is a good place to live for students would recommend!"

"I heard some amazing things about the Forum apartments from friends and online reviews. People have been raving about the modern amenities, spacious layouts, and the friendly community vibe. I'm really excited to move in and experience it all for myself. It seems like the perfect place to call home!"

"I subleased here for 3 months last summer and the office staff constantly told me contradicting information about the process. I was told my guarantor was not approved and when questioning the staff on it, was told it was actually still in progress and that the original staff who said it wasn’t approved, was wrong. Upon move in, I called asking if I could pay the first installment via a personal check and was told yes. However, once I showed up they told me it had to be paid via a cashiers check and I had exactly one hour to go get one and get it to the staff. I also was not receiving any text message or email communications about important updates during my stay. For example, the complex had wifi outages that lasted multiple hours and since I was doing a virtual internship during my time at the complex, I had no way to know when I could go back home. I went into the office 3 separate times and still they were unable to fix it or provide me communications in a different way. Once I moved out I was also charged a $150 cleaning fee. Upon inquiry via email, as per their process, it took almost a whole month for their manager to get back to me with photo proof. Once I received these photos, I saw that they were from the WRONG UNIT as I was in a modern and they sent pictures from their classic unit. I was able to get the charges dropped, however, the management and staff at this complex were extremely unhelpful my whole stay. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere, and I only lived here for 3 months."
