"One of the worst places to live. They have you sign a non smoking agreement, then let chain smokers run wild, no matter how many times you ask them to talk to your roommates. Office staff will openly mock you when you're anxious about a 35 year old man coming and going from your apartment, because your roommate gave him keys, even though he is abusive to her. They will laugh when you come home from class at 20 years old to strangers squatting in your apartment, with all of the doors unlocked so people can come and go freely. They will do nothing to protect your safety. Do NOT live here. Worst staff imaginable."

"We’ve been experiencing consistent breakins here for months and management has done nothing about it. They’ve been sweeping this under the rug for months. Please do not move here if you value your things. There’s already no gate here, so you’d think that considering how much rent is, they’d be more considerate of the safety, but no. That is not the case at all. Both my roommates cars got broken into, stolen clothes and insurance. My roommates boyfriends car was broken into as well and lost almost $1k worth of things. Do not move here if you value your things and most importantly your safety. It’s not worth the price"

"Apartment and maintenece are nice, but if you live here, your car WILL be broken into. Multiple times a week, someone will complain that their car was broken into in the apartment group chat, and the complex refuses to put up cameras or allow you to put up your own cameras. Very disappointed."

"This is a great place to live, very comfortable and with great office staff/maintenance. On the downside I originally signed for 750 a month in October 2022. For the 2023- 2024 year it was raised to 785 which is reasonable, but for the 2024-2025 year they're raising it to 860 a month for no other reason than the "Denton market" no community/unit improvements (This is a direct quote from the property manager). This is for a home with 4 separate tenants. Many people within the community are being forced to move out and find a more affordable place to live which is a shame. Like I said the units/staff are great overall. This sharp change in price just has left a bad taste in might as well as many others mouths."

"By far the #1 best student housing apartments in Denton. The utilities are included with a $30 cap on electricity (I NEVER had to pay extra), the maintenance people are quick and reliable (at all times, I locked myself out at 3am and they responded instantly), the office is full of friendly staff, the pool is always kept clean and maintained, I never experienced issues with the internet service, the in-unit washer and dryer was really convenient, and the apartment is modern and spacious. It is also conveniently located on the shuttle route for UNT. My room had a built in desk, a walk in closet, a private bathroom, and it was furnished…what more can you ask for? It was painful for me to move out after I graduated from UNT because I loved living here so much. The price of rent here is definitely lower than most competitors. You cannot go wrong leasing from here, it was a fantastic college experience for me and I’m glad I found a place like this for a really great price."
