"In the time that me and my family neded a place to live fast, my daugther remember this complex, my brother used to live here but I was so sure we could afford it. She found a post on Facebook and from there we communicated with Rose and she guide us through,the process was fast and easy and in about a week we was moving to the apartment. I am thankful the my daugther remember and she found that post. We has been here for 1 year now and we are happy. Maritza."
"I applied here, they told me and I quote. "The deposit is upfront but it's 100% refundable. Well I got denied due to an eviction I was unaware of and honestly wasn't living at theb esident anymore for 6 months. I tried getting my $150 back they denied me and said that it's in the fine print that if your denied due to eviction they keep the deposit. They did not clearly communicate this to me at all and his in the fine print I answered the question to the best of my best knowledge. I do not think they deserve $150 for me just putting in an app and getting a denied. A deposit is for when you move in I would not recommend this complex to anyone I didn't even mov in and they are already pulling shady stuff so again. DO NOT LEASE WITH THIS COMPANY they are thief's. good luck"
"Been residing here for the last 3 years. Great place for your family. Front office staff is very understanding, reasonable, and amazing! Valet trash service is great especially if you don’t live near the dumpster. Rooms are spacious. Maintenance is very quick. Just overall a great place to live."
