"Ridgecrest is an amazing apartment community to live in. I lived here from 2020-2023, and all those years were really memorable. I truly loved living at this complex. With walking distance to Teasley, there’s always plenty of food options for you. Highway 35 is right next door for quick access. My unit was quite comfortable and I liked how the thick walls and floors dampened the sounds from both inside and outside. Gave a little more sense of privacy. Management was great but Dornell Dennis was the GOAT! He stood out from the rest of management with uppermost respect and approachability. He will always make sure to take care of you. Huge shout out to him! Repairs were fairly quick based on level of emergency. Didn’t get to really use their amenities but had neighbors tell me they loved them (pool,gym, etc) Overall an amazing place to live, I wished I stayed longer but life took me back to Dallas. But for anyone looking to live in Denton, I highly recommend."

"This apartment complex is absolutely amazing. I have had nothing but the best experience here . I would like to say that the staff and the maintenance team deserve some big praise because they are excellent and excel at what they do! This apartment has been nothing but a blessing and if you are truly looking for an apartment that meet your needs and expectations this is definitely the place! I would personally like to thank Dornell for setting up my stay and providing me an apartment when I was in desperate conditions. I would also like to thank Britney for finding my lost packages . when I could not get my address right. This apartment complex is truly amazing and provides a great safe environment and a welcoming stay."

"DONT DO IT!!; When we first moved in, it was supposed to be “renovated” then as soon as I opened any cabinets or drawers, all the handles and or the faces of them would fall off with nails sticking out. Not even living here a year and the paint job is horribly coming off from the bathtub. Rotting wood below two sinks. The guest bathtub only runs boiling hot water temperatures and low water pressure. The dog poop stations are always overflowing with bags of poop. Dog poop everywhere too, even on the sidewalks sometimes. There was a leak from upstairs to our kitchen countertops for a week. The upstairs bathroom across from us got flooded and flooded our neighbors next door and our rooms that were connected to theirs with nasty poop water. A window got broken by accident and I’ve contacted them several times to basically be blown off for MONTHS ,causing our electric bill to go way up!Now after weeks of disgusting sewer water coming up from our bathtubs, and not being able to flush the toilet it’s finally fixed. But somehow the sewage water has gone into our entire guest bedroom including the closets. (My kids room) Also, good luck on the office answering the phone (Dornell is great though) or the maintenance do their jobs other than ride around in golf carts all day doing nothing! Did I mention we are paying over 1,700 for less than 900 sq ft???! Hope this helps"

"Horrible lease assistants, there are lot of issues about cockroaches in this apartment and pool is never maintained nor water is cleaned and it’s not at all good for hygiene, you would easily get rashers and skin infections, also the service request you raise for maintenance for building is always closed without addressing and about renting a house here, they say we would give you non renovated buildings before signing the lease but they give old commode and horribly maintained buildings. These are professional scammers, never suggest anybody here!!!"

"I went in looking for information on new apartments and they couldn't be less helpful. The curly haired lady gave me almost no information, didn't show me any of the amenities such as the pool, gym, etc. I asked to go see the gym and she said, I'll just show you pictures. She explained nothing about the apartment, just opened the door and let me look around. She was in such a rush to get me out that she answered all my questions before i could even finish them. If this is how they treat you before they even get your money i don't want to find out how they treat you after."
