"I Love this omg I love the roxtons apartments but I also live in them so that's a big who hoo and done love cheyenne so all these other people was talking about the roxtons because these are brand new apartments so I think they where talking about singing oaks because these apartments do not have roaches so what are y'all talking about these are new so I dare you to talk about my roxtons apartments good-bye"
"This place is poorly managed. Kitchen cabinets deteriorating, huge roaches come out all the time ; they claim that they're waterbugs but these things hiss at you. Walls are thin and you can hear you next door neighbor above you and next to you. Management really enjoys gossiping and talking behind their tenants backs and likes to play favorites. I recommend going somewhere else."
"Walls are paper thin, cockroaches eat through the walls and nibble on your butt. Maintenance never fixes anything. When I moved out, they tried to stick us with fraudulent charges even though we left the place in better condition than it was on move-in. Pay the extra and go somewhere that you will get your money's worth."
