"It’s been 3 months we moved in. Natassia and Jasmin are exceptional. Both are always attentive to residents needs and they maintain a welcoming atmosphere."
"I applied for an apartment at the request of an acquaintance who was the new apartment manager. She apparently had quotas to meet. I told her the next day, after submitting an application and getting a cost estimate, that the apartment she quoted me was out of my budget range, and that I would not be pursuing a lease there. Shortly after that, she left and new management took over. The management called me relentlessly, multiple times a day during work hours. It bordered on harassment. This past weekend, I received a letter stating that I had a lease that expires in December 2024 and that I moved out of the apartment on 12/8/2023. How can I have an excuted lease that I NEVER signed? And, how can I move out of an apartment I NEVER lived in? Buyer beware."
