"Horrible experience living here. Had a new baby and was left without a dryer and microwave for over 3 weeks in the winter. No effort was made until i marched up there and demanded it be fixed to where i was yelled at by Sandra and cornered by maintenance men who actually ended up telling the manager they told her multiple times they didn't know how to fix it. They came back with a different man and fixed it that day. It took less than 5 minutes. This place is roach infested. They carried over with us when we moved. The pest people stopped showing up even though we paid for it. Numerous attempts to bug bomb, traps, sprays and they still came with us. It was horribly disgusting. The neighbors definitely deal drugs, smoke inside. The dumpsters are always overflowing and you now have to go through some company so you don't get towed. You will never be able to get a hold of whoever owns this place. Even though they came to tour our apartment the morning after we got married. That was inconvenient. You can call the manager you can send emails to the ones they keep providing on these reviews. It doesn't matter. It will take you in circles until you are forced to speak with the manager who wouldn't even help you in the first place. We moved out early and paid the remainder of our lease just to get out of there because i no longer felt comfortable and it never felt like home. I was more than happy when we moved! Also the last thing i will mention is that they made a huge mistake firing Kelley and Lori. Not only did they get a pay cut in the beginning they were fired. Those two women were the best property managers i've ever had and legacy rei group kicked them to the curb. Sad. Anyways couldn't be happier to recommend that you never move here. BTW The message down below from Aspire is automatic. So it looks like they care to respond but they don't. That email will get you nowhere."

"Take your hard earned money elsewhere! Currently counting down the days until my lease is up at this mess y’all try and call an “apartment complex”. From the disrespectful neighbors- to the ignorant management, there are countless reasons why you shouldn’t move here. Every person i’ve spoken to here has numerous horror stories of their experience here. They’ll try and real you in with special offers and other things, but once you sign that lease you’ll regret it. The communication between the management and their tenants is veryyyyyy poor, but they’ll surely remind you when it’s time to pay your rent. This place is a damn disaster and pretty much every tenant here agrees with me. Y’all can’t even keep staff working here. Y’all been through numerous people working and quitting in the office. Aspire, do us all a favor and clean house with your ALL of your employees/management."

"Didn’t have AC during the hottest mounts. AC stopped working around June they fixed it but only worked for a couple of weeks. After that, I was just ignored by apartment management. I was without AC July, August, September, and the first days of October. They gave me the excuse that they provided me window AC which didn’t work since they were placed on the ground. Was not impressed by this management."

"Kelly and Lori are great, I feel like they genuinely care. But the rent increase is ridiculous, we used to have an "officer" to enforce rules, loud music the usual obnoxious behavior could be delt with. We no longer have one and the rent didn't adjust to reflect this. Water is turned off to fix something every other week, neighbors get loud or have dogs barking throughout the day and you'll just be stuck listening to it all night. The pool is rarely open since something is always wrong with it, laundry room was broken into various times, mail was stolen from various people, this could have been deterred if we still had the "officer" enforcing the rules. Roaches are no fun either. When I asked to have something minor fixed I was told that they wouldn't note it when I move out. I've found glass outside in walking areas and it's stayed there for weeks, found chicken bones, banana peels, beer can outside as well. The price was great but with the increase it's no wonder why people have been moving away and leaving their couches, mattresses and other furniture outside. Many of these pieces are still outside if anyone is interested in some free furniture that's been outside for 3 weeks. Update: Aspire where you're hot water will get shut off for days, as well as getting shut of over a dozen times in less than a year for multiple hours and you will receive no compensation for it."

"If 0 was an option. I would definitely rate it a 0, have been a tenant for the last 5 years and never had a problem until the new management. Kelly the old property manager was super amazing but the new Sandra manager is rude and unfriendly. I nicely requested service to my unit and nobody comes than when I go ask about the service request she gave me complete attitude for me simply questioning my service request. She refused to give a corporate contact that I can reach out to. I absolutely love the area but unfortunately I hate confusion and feeling uncomfortable and unappreciated in my community. I do not recommend moving here if you care about how your treated by the property."
