"I would write a long review about my terrible experience living at heritage heights. But I’ll make it short and stay to the important details. For one the major an middle age who’s lady named Judy I believe was amongst the most unprofessional and arrogant people I have ever had to deal with. Never once wore we a problem tenant but every time I needed assistance or had a question and the manger had to be the one to help was never a good conversation. The place of living isn’t to and minus the occasional roach that says hi to you! You do t have parking in front of your townhome because the owner didn’t buy out the parking lot when buying the apt! So you have a walk to your place of living as well. And god forbid you ask them for your down payment back, was a whole hassle where I had to send over a legal document DEMNADING my deposit back because the manger sent it to the wrong address out of state! And didn’t even have the balls to admit her mistake when it was clearly in emails Would give this place a 0/5 if possible due to having to deal with people that don’t have common respect."
