"Toured here with my husband recently. We had a scheduled appointment but the staff was 15 minutes late. The homes are very small and the floorplans feel squished. We noticed the construction seemed rushed and a bit sloppy. There were dead bugs in the unit we toured. Also, the yards do not have real grass. Most of the yard is gravel. For the high price, we expected a lot more. We decided this was not the right place for us."

"My experience at Yardly Dechman has been nothing short of exceptional. I fell in love with the complex when I first toured back in July, and since moving to Dallas in September I have had no regrets with my choice. The community is lovely and feels safe and secure. The location is absolutely wonderful, with easy access to good restaurants and entertainment as close as a 3 minute drive away. And to top it off, ALL of the staff is amazing from the leasing manager down to the wonderful ladies at the front desk. They are professional, effecient and extremely kind. They truly care about their tenets and have been my best renting experience to date."
