"New owner raised the rent to 999 dollars. Those of us who live here, do so because we could afford the rent. The complex has no amenities. There once was a laundry room, that had two washers and two dryers. Those were removed so that the space could be rented out. The name of the complex has been changed. Lakeshore, something (village, estates, ECT.)"

"Lived here 8 yrs. Love it. People friendly and good management. Where else can you have a yard, a garden, a patio and pleasant neighbors. We are close to several churches, a library, several parks and schools and a number of businesses. We have dining out at several pizza places, donuts, Subway, and Tex-Mex food. Come check us out!"
