"DO NOT RENT HERE!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Seriously, I know rent is cheap here but you pay one way or another. First, this place is a roach motel. I have been contacting the leasing office about the roaches since January and they sent pest control like every other week. I'm talking like an invasive pest control service where I had to clear out my cabinets, put all my stuff up and vacate the apartment. Every other week. But no improvement since February. Recently, I learned pest control is only being performed as residents request. So my neighbors who had an infestation and didn't request pest control impacted the rest of us. It is SO BAD. Like you can't even leave food out. When I've complained to the leasing office staff, they act like it's not that big of a deal. I have been documenting it and reporting to the regional manager, Richard Galloway, and his attitude has been similar. I'm currently stuck in this lease and getting the run around when I request to end the lease due to my concerns about health and safety. Mind you, I have already paid a reletting fee so I'm not sure what their thing is. Oh yeah, there's also mold! I've also been reporting this to them and nothing has been done. Seriously this place should be shut down."
