"I think I’ll love living here. I recently moved in (took over someone’s lease) just to see what it was like and feel in love with multiple things. They only have one bedrooms which was perfect for my partner and I. They just put in fresh mulch as well as new flowers which livened up the place. This apartment is extremely pet friendly especially since they have a dog park. So many cute doggies! I am satisfied with the size of my room for the price I got. It even has a patio, washer and dryer, as well as office space! So happy I chose this place! UPDATE: Been here less than a year, management is never in the office. Also, when you finally get someone to help, they have to wait for a manager. We’ve had multiple maintenance requests just completely ignored or cancelled. Don’t waste your money here. Only if you’re really desperate. That’s all I have to say. Update: This property needs to be rebuilt. I woke up to a huge bubble of some mysterious liquid in my ceiling dripping on my foot while I was sleeping. When I got maintenance involved, they stopped the bubble from growing but have kept it on the ceiling. Which I hope they don’t charge me for cause I hear they charge you like crazy when you move out. I can’t close my bathroom door and haven’t been able to since I moved in. When I asked for maintenance’s help, they just shrugged and said, “I guess it’s the buildings shifting”. Not really something you wanna hear while living in apartment. They finally fixed a couple of things after about 9 months. The screen door, the window screen that wasn’t properly placed when I moved in. It’s just chaos here. I asked about why I received a Notice to Vacate and I’ve been told I can only talk “in person” to the manager about the issue. Don’t waste your money here. I hate that I signed a lease here and regret it everyday. Let me not forget about this piece of the sign that has been detached for about a year now. Which I’m scared is also letting in cockroaches and anything else that can fit in there. UPDATE: Since writing this review there have been alot of improvements done to our apartment. We got the bubble situation fixed and they even did the work orders they had previously ignored or claimed they couldn’t do. Remember that you do get what you paid for in this instance. In my opinion I would go building by building and rebuild them into something that will last and not cost so much to repair every week. The property manager really cares about their residents and wants the best for them. It was nice to have work orders completed and things fixed. They even repaired the side of the building."

"I worst apartment I have ever seen. There have phone but it never works and no one will lift it. The maintenance is poor. Overall I won’t recommend anyone in this apartments."

"AVOID. They just want your money. Roach infested like the other reviews stated. Had problems from my move-in day. Stayed there for maybe 3 days before leaving because I couldn’t eat or unpack anything. Lied to me about the vanishing “long move-in list” and the new relocated apartment was of course under construction for an indefinite amount of time. Broke the lease after my mom paid the ridiculous fee and I didn’t report the roaches “the correct way” after multiple in-person visits recorded and emails with pictures. DO NOT TRUST THEM. No student deserves this, especially new residents of Texas."

"Edit: Roaches are back. Not surprised. Exterminators are supposedly coming by to spray my unit, but I am not confident it will fix the issue because the building itself seems to be infested. My apartment had roach problem that I had to treat on own. Thankfully with a combination of roach poison and killing them by hand, they've died off. I did not have a roach problem until a few weeks after move-in, meaning it likely spread from another unit. The property owners are not taking any action to prevent further infestation. Additionally, the property is filthy with dog poop that hasn't been picked up for months. A few residents are lazy and do not pick up after their dogs, ruining it for everyone else who lives here. It smells disgusting after it rains. The apartments are a classic "landlord special" treatment. Poor paint jobs, cabinets falling apart, paint and scuffs on the floor. Everything is poorly maintained. The maintenance requests I have filed have still not been attended to despite it being weeks-months since I filed them. Appliances are broken if not falling apart to begin with. It's not the worst experience if you can tolerate the negatives, but don't expect anything phenomenal. I would not recommend living here unless you're able to split the rent with a partner/friend. It's overpriced for the trashy apartment you're getting."

"Zero Stars. Cockroaches and never ending leaks. Ceiling has been leaking since the day I've moved in and has not been fixed. Leasing office rarely responds and rarely takes action. Sign lease with CAUTION. (Zero stars) Always give you the run around and lie about availability. Communicating with staff is like talking to a brick wall, they DONT care."
