"Great gym, always clean and has everything you need for work outs! The water situation is a little rough. No water fountains and the water dispenser they do have is been out of water for 3 months make sure you bring your own water!"

"the arch has definitely been the best apartment i have lived at! rent is relatively low compared to other student apartments in denton, but has high quality amenities and units. the staff is so amazing, especially the manager Nadia, and William & Jonathan who work the front desk. I always look forward to seeing them at the community events! They’re also very knowable of the apartment and always excited to answer any of my questions :)"
"It's really bad. A lot of bug problems everywhere, apartment was not cleaned at all before move-in. Most maintenances take so long for them to appear. Even when they do appear, they are sub-par and put together whatever to fix it. If you hate yourself and others around you, then maybe rent it. I was naive and foolish, I am now trapped by the lease and doomed. Please save yourself."
"If you enjoy living in a moldy apartment, this is the place to go! They will have you live in a unit where there is no restroom. They charge $70 for a cleaning fee at the end of your lease but give keys to the unit in this condition. I was told by maintenance that they are told to “cover up” any damages that are visible but to not properly address the issue. Please stay away from this apartment complex. I never leave reviews but this was a horrible experience I do not wish on anyone."
