"have lived here for almost a year. the landlord is attentive, caring, and thorough. these apartments are a bargain compared to other ones in town of the exact same size and quality. granite countertops throughout and high ceilings!"
"Living here for two years, I felt safe and well taken care of. The landlord and his wife have put so much effort into these apartments and it shows! They are never hard to get a hold of, and helped answer any questions or concerns I had during my stay. Great for college students since it is very close to TWU, however this is a family friendly place and there are many families living there. The rent is great for a two bedroom apartment as compared to others of this quality, size and location. Modern finishings inside the apartments and there is a lovely trail and outside area for small pets to be walked. I would definitely recommend living here!"

"Honestly the maintenance is horrible. Never answer maintenance calls, whenever we ask about things such as pest control policies or coming in about issues for water they blow them off like it's nothing. Frustrated with the lack of communication and care. The apartments are nice but are cheaply built so within living here for 6 months things start to go wrong. There are pest control issues which seem to be no concern to them. For the amount we're paying it's pretty ridiculous how they don't do anything"
