"My daughter lived her for a year and loved the place except for the property manager, Prudence. She ended up moved because Prudence's interactions with her were unprofessional and rude to the point that my daughter felt unfairly targeted. Three people were on the lease, however all communication from Prudence was directed at my daughter. These included threats to post negative comments to her renter's history, in spite of always paying her rent on time. Additionally, when her lease expired, the dishwasher was still broken and there was still a hole in the ceiling where the air conditioner leaked. It's unfortunate that ineffective management goes hand-in-hand with an unprofessional demeanor toward tenants."

The staff really care about their residents, Jess and Prudence made sure I was always taken care of from the first time I walked through the office door up until after I moved out and they contacted me to make sure I got my security deposit back. I definitely would have renewed my lease if I stayed in the area."

From the first time we walked into the leasing office to get info, to getting everything we needed to apply and be approved for the apartment, to signing our lease. The staff has been very welcoming from day one. They have been honest, friendly, and accommodating. Diana has been fantastic and super helpful with any questions we’ve had. The prices for the apartments are also fair for the size of the apartment compared to other apartments in the Denton area."

"For one there’s a bad roach problem in these apartment. The people (staff) here are nice until you decide to move out. Prudence was always friendly never seemed genuine, but friendly. When we moved out she told my fiancée she didn’t have time to do a walk through with him and that’s she’d check and send our deposit back on her own. Ending up keeping our deposit and charging us an additional $350 for an issue with the apartment we’d already discussed. A true con"

"Me and my roommates lived here for a a year. When we moved in and while we were living there they were fantastic. The office associates were very personable and were okay with the getting someone out for maintenance. They really make you feel homey, but the minute we informed them we would have to move out it was like they went to the dark side. We had to move out because we needed more room because were were gaining another roommate. After they knew we were moving all of the office representatives were rude, short, and two faced (ESPECIALLY on the phone). Anytime I talked to them, in person or over the phone, they wanted nothing to do with us. I even had one time when I called I asked for Prudence (the property manager). They went to talk to her and the person did not mute the phone. I could hear everything Prudence was saying. She did not want to talk to me and said "They are moving out, why do I need to talk to them? I am not going to talk to them. I have no need to talk to them." Then a different women than the first time came back and came back with the excuse that Prudence was currently occupied and offered to help me instead. Once we moved out it took almost two months to get our deposit refund I looked over the charges and was appalled. They charged us more for our last water/trash bill than ever before almost twice as much as normal (and we did not even live there for half of the month because we moved out early). They charged us for every nit pick thing that they could think of including for cleaning the range, which I detail cleaned myself. They also charged $108 for cleaning the carpets and "stains" after we had them professionally cleaned already. When we moved in they remarked that because of the condition of the carpet at the time we moved in, they'd be replacing the carpets after we moved out anyway. So I'm sure they charged to "clean" carpet that was already clean but was probably replaced. If you plan to move here expect to get almost none of your deposit back and for them to turn on you when you leave. We were charged for a "window seal", I'm not even sure what they're talking about. The windows were all fine, and any seals would've fallen under apartment repairs and nothing we had anything to do with. We got a check for only $27 of our original deposit after leaving the place as clean if not cleaner than moving in."
