"The management team, specifically Christina, has been such a blessing to work with. She's helpful, knowledgeable, and is extremely compassionate. Most complexes I have lived at were a bit isolated, in a way, wherein the management team wasn't as available. Christina is easily accessible via email, and is extremely quick when things need to be taken care of in office. I renewed my lease mainly due to the care I have received from her specifically."

"Great apartments, with great staff. Having visited quite a few apartments in the area before, I truly consider myself blessed to have found this one. The apartment unit itself was amazing, everything from the tile and carpet, to the appliances were incredibly well kept, if not completely brand new. The neighborhood itself is very laid back and quiet, I've never had any issues with neighbors being loud or disruptive in any way. Even with the public pool, basketball court and playground being nearby. The ladies in the office are incredibly friendly and helpful. And the one maintenence ticket I've had to put in was taken care of within a day. Overall I would highly recommend."

"Toured this building and the leasing agent was wearing camo cargo pants and a sweater DURING THE SUMMER. That was my first red flag. There is rotting wood that looks like it's been there for ages everywhere. The "move-in ready unit" had a personal fence around the patio that was actually falling apart bc one of the employees has a massive dog that is "too friendly." The cabinets couldn't even close completely in several places and the entire unit was filthy. The already shampooed carpet was stained in several places. The leasing agent made a comment about having permission to close the office an hour and a half early bc she was working 2 jobs at the same time. She also made a comment about how the other job is her "real job" and this was just something she did for fun on the side. All of these things told me I wouldn't be taken care of as a resident. I was already a number here and I would have trouble getting ahold of the office and successfully having anything fixed. I asked abt their number and the paper they handed me did not match what they have listed on their website. Their response was "which website" this company took over the property more than 6 months ago and have yet to bother updating their Google listing or making sure the website matched the current numbers. The property has potential- but not under this management."

"Amazing Experience!! Christina was an amazing help when it came to the application process. She was so friendly and funny when she took us on a tour to view an apartment we were interested in. It is a super cute property with a nice pool and a nice park for kids! The area is great and next to a quite road, making it a peaceful place to live! You can tell that they really care about making the Manchester House Apartments a great homey place to live, and they care about all their tenants! 100/10 I recommend The Manchester House Apartments as your next place to call home! Thank you Christina and everyone else who dedicates their time to making these apartments an amazing place to call home!"

"So happy to be moving out management is never in office, won't returns calls or emails. I called for two weeks and sent multiple notice about moving out and no one will respond. They moved us in with an unfinished kitchen and took 2 months to give us cabinets. An additional 2 months to get water through our bathroom faucet. I had to get in contact with the city just for them to work on our a/c and pick up trash that maintenance left in our patio for 5months. By far the worst apartments I ever lived in, please don't waste your time here"
