"My ac had been out for SEVERAL months now and the office manager said that there was nothing they can do about it and that they won’t fix it until it’s be over 80 degrees Fahrenheit for a FULL week. When asked if I could have an ac unit in my window they said they don’t have any more of them and that they don’t know what to tell me. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!"

"I’d give this place a solid 1.5/5. Since I moved in Easter-ish 2022, I was supposed to have a fully renovated apartment. Immediately after moving in I notified the ladies in the office of several issues, even put in some of the tickets myself (which were consistently closed without work done). My entire lease I haven’t been able to use my dishwasher, I still don’t have cabinet doors for half my cabinets, I finally received drawers for my cabinets but they were the old ones just repainted, I still don’t have a screen for my sliding glass doors. Maintenance even came in and measured my door and my cabinets, closed the tickets, and I never heard back. When I resubmitted tickets, they were closed within days. Since then, management has changed and it hasn’t gotten much better. Somehow in the management mixup, they lost their copy to my apartment key. I’m in a 2/2. The master bath lever to the shower is stuck, and the bathtub in the second bath is peeling paint so bad it’s almost completely gone from the tub. Since they didn’t have a copy and I work 6-6, they closed the ticket. When I finally got off work early enough to turn in my key for a copy for a separate issue, I mentioned still having a lot of other issues that were never resolved and the lady at the desk laughed. I’ve submitted 3 emails to complex managers with no response. My username to the portal to submit tickets has been somehow disabled. Which I’ve also notified them of in the same emails. Now they are charging an outrageous amount ($2100/mo) for a still unfinished apartment with partially unusable baths. As far as safety goes, I’ve had someone try and break into my apartment through the sliding door, caught people on my patio digging around twice, and been chased from my car to my apartment. Considering after the attempted break in I didn’t get checked on by the police nor the office (until my neighbor complained to them), I’ve dealt with the matters myself. The only reason why I’m still here is because they charge so much I can’t afford a full deposit somewhere else and still afford my monthly rent here. Next up is a report to the BBB and ValCap."
