"Worse customer service ever, said they weren’t making family orders. Wanted a 16 piece meal, waited 15 minutes in the drive thru before anyone even attempted to take our order!!! They weren’t busy didn’t have any customers so hmmmm makes you wonder what is really going on in there. Had to go to West County RD location"
"It took a very, very long time to get to the window. I'm giving this one star, but don't get me wrong, the food was at least very delicious and fresh. However, we were sitting in line from 5:30-6:25. When we got to the window, my husband and I weren't given all of our food (two #12's) so we had to wait longer for it to be completed... which I didn't mind, since we were already there for over 45 minutes or so. The girl at the window was friendly about me returning the plate of food (because the order was wrong) and didn't give me a hard time about it. My husband and I have been here a couple of months ago as well, and the lady also forgot one of the boxes of food for us back then too. Not sure what's up with that, I'll go here again when I crave Long John's months down the road, but I'll certainly dread returning."
"After ordering at the speaker it took over a HOUR to get to the window. I pay for my order to only recieve ONE box when I ordered TWO. I'm not leaving until I get what I ordered. She proceeds to tell me that it will be a TEN MINUTE wait after already waiting over one HOUR to get to the window when my food should have already been finished. If you get in this line? YOU'RE TRAPPED and cannot leave. The drive-thru is designed like it's from the 70s, and you're on a rollercoaster. If you order here.. God help you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I WILL NEVER BE GOING HERE AGAIN. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS, I WOULD."
"I'd love to talk to the owner sometime. My dad managed this place in the eighties, it would have a line to the street on Fridays. The place looks closed. The 3 employees were sitting in the dining room if they didn't have customers at the counter. The food was old, coleslaw was soured, fries were stale. It needs a really good scrubbing overall. Sad to see one of my early twenty favorites in this condition."
