"These are cute, vintage, quaint apartment spaces. Initially, I did have a minor roach issue but upon my first treatment I basically never saw insects in my home again (at least anything out of the occasional intruder, which is standard in any apartment complex regardless of age). I moved in here because of the pricing and close proximity to the University, however I did not expect to have such a pleasant experience with the staff. Unfortunately, I lost my job amidst the pandemic and had to move back in with my family, and the staff were completely accommodating of my needs. They worked diligently to help me find a subleaser to take the second half of my lease over. The staff were undoubtedly the kindest, responsive and genuine staff I’ve encountered in my 3 years living in Denton. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a budget place to live, student or not."
