"Soooooo many better and more updated options right down the street. Apartments need to be updated for the ridiculously high rent they charge. May look decent on first glance but once you move in you find that the breezeways are always nasty, the apartments are old and outdated. Mine was not clean when i moved in. Nothing works, they love to stick bandages on things but never actually fix anything. And get this, for $2700 a month, i had to lay my own grass in the yard. RIDICULOUS!!! Actually terminating my lease early because I cannot take it anymore. Love to stick erroneous fees on your account. Look elsewhere, not a place to call home which is unfortunate because the Epic is very nice."

"Joseph was an amazing leasing agent throughout my whole application process and leading up to move in! He was very patient and helpful with me. Only reason I’m giving 4-stars instead of 5 is because my move-in day wasn’t as smooth as I had hoped, but I’ll chalk that up to me needing to have special accommodations made. The complex is great, the residents seem friendly, and I’m looking forward to my time here!!"

"They would be 5 stars, but, It seems the club house and stuff won’t be available until late this year. Hallway always smells like trash and garbage, people leave their trash out on days when is not picked up and it just rottens for 48 hours. Trash policy is not enforced whatsoever. They should do some incentives for not having any amenities. Lowered my review to 1 star. Nothing has been done to keep the place clean. The other reviews about all the common areas being nasty is true. They don’t clean the stairwell or hallways. Is just nasty all around. 4th of July and the pool is freaking closed without any notice or reason. Don’t move here. Is not worth it"
