"Got to give at least 2 stars for the friendly staff & lovely amenities, but there is still a lot that has been disappointing. We have lived here almost a year and have had incredibly inconsistent access to WiFi and no credit given to us for the regularly missed service. Just in the past 2 months, we have had at least three outages that normally come with no explanation or ETA. There has been limited access to dumpsters, and parking that is actually near our unit is difficult to come by. It only bothers me when I have groceries, but not the end of the world. Along the same vein, the complex is near a water treatment plant and sometimes smells, but the smell doesn’t travel into the apartment, so again, not the end of the world. As much as the staff are friendly, it is unfortunate that the staff are off the clock and cannot be contacted during most of these inconveniences (particularly internet). I know many of my complaints are not the fault of the office staff, so I’ve tried to be patient and understanding, but the price of rent is way too high here to have such consistent issues."

"Literally nothing but issues with this complex after moving out, moved out August 22 and just now today February 29, have finally gotten a response about my deposit. They don’t tell you when they move in nor does the least state anywhere that they will charge you for cleaning and painting regardless of house spotless you leave the apartment. This is predatory And ILLEGAL practices, And I made sure that the complex knew about this. Not only did they take my security deposit, they also tried to charge me for damages That did not occur. After several months of fighting back-and-forth, and hearing no word from anybody, they now have still kept my security deposit and have changed the charges to $13 owed. I’m so tired of fighting this complex, so I just paid it but I’m leaving this review for others to definitely reconsider This complex as a future home. Towards the end of our lease, The grounds were completely filthy. All of the time, there was always something breaking in our apartment, Cigarette butts being thrown out, there was absolutely no landscaping going on so grass and bushes were huge and unsightly for the $1700+ I paid a MONTH for a ONE bedroom. There was constantly parties being thrown in the common area, and the pool till past two in the morning despite there being a “curfew” And the gate Was broken more than it was ever working. Don’t forget to mention that the smell in the summertime of the Denton dump is absolutely awful, and since there are no restrictions on people cleaning up After their pets, the patios that are on the first floor were absolutely littered in dog feces that ended up molding because residents did not clean up after their animals, and the smell was so terrible that I couldn’t get out of my car without almost throwing up. This community seems upfront, but in reality it was really disappointing of an experience, and even worse moving out of it. The company did not care to make anything better, they really don’t care about their reputation, which is totally OK, but I will not be recommending this place to anybody."

"Mikal was amazing! From start to finish, he helped me find my new home during such a big season of change in my life. His professionalism, patience, and positive attitude was much appreciated."

"Amenities and unit are great and the leasing staff is very friendly. Unfortunately these positives are shadowed by the fact that our upstairs and/or adjacent neighbors smoke cigarettes in their unit near constantly. Our master suite fills with second hand smoke at least once a day and we are forced to sleep in our living room or worry about the smoke exposure while we sleep. I am pregnant and feel like a prisoner in my own unit. Confined to certain rooms during the night out of concern for my developing baby. The office staff is quick to respond to these concerns, but unfortunately we are on our second month of having to endure this issue with no end in sight. You cannot be a smoke free community while allowing other tenants to force their habits on their neighbors and compromise everyone’s health."
