"If I could give this place a zero I would. My disabled grandmother lived in the sister apartments for 20 years when last spring her apartment was burned down due to neighbors. We started the application here, paid deposits etc and received the run around for about 3 months for them to tell her NO. They made up an excuse towards the end and i do believe it was due to the color of our skin and the person making the final decision. Eve seemed like she wanted to help so much at the beginning. The entire time my grandmother was “waiting” for a unit to become available she could’ve been looking around for something elsewhere. Instead they said nothing until she was almost homeless at 79 years old. It was a terrible experience."
"Since early July my air conditioner has not been in working order. Three months have gone by, with temps over 100 degrees most of the summer, and it is still not fixed. I have been given all kinds of reasons why it isn't fixed, none of them very good. The main reason they haven't fixed it is they DON"T KNOW HOW to fix it and they seem unwilling to get anyone here who CAN fix it! UPDATE: my air conditioning was finally completely repaired/replaced in November and has been working fine since then. Having my air conditioner down for this long was unusual. I have lived here about 6-7 years and never had a problem getting maintenance completed."
"Absolutely Wonderful Tour! Eva was delightfully thorough in explaining every detail. She had all of the answers before I asked. I felt Welcomed and at home with the Beautiful Landscape and Pato Views. Perfect Community for me."

"There is absolutely no excuse for orders to take weeks on end to be completed. Back in July I put in a work order to have the door in the laundry area put back on and I am still waiting for Carlos to get the part for the door.....this is not acceptable......Other places I lived I would put in a work order and it would be completed 48 hrs at the very utmost and when I first moved here almost 5 years ago, Wayne the maintaince man at the time was outstanding and things would get done in a timely manner. Now the one we have now Sam just slacks off....I'm paying good money for a decent place to live....the rent is constantly going up and work orders just don't get done in a timely manner SP needs to do better. ."
