"My ac stopped functioning in the peak of the summer and for two and a half months these gentlemen completely ignored my requests for any kind of maintenance or attention. Mind you, they were very interested in ensuring that they got their rent with the threat of charging over 150% if I refused to pay for their uninhabitable unit. I gave them plenty of time at first because I was trying to be an understanding tenant. Good landlords must abide by their responsibility to provide a livable space, and I felt deeply betrayed to give so much of my earnings to someone who would ignore communication about something so critically important - unless it had to do with when they’re getting their RENT. Avoid Sami Fera and any properties attached to his name. If I had more money I would have taken them to court, but this will have to do for now."

"Lived there for 8 months. Management was flexible with extending leases and maintenance. it was affordable. Shared a loft with my friend and it worked alright. The hot water runs out after 10 minutes and it takes 45 minutes for the oven to heat up but overall it was alright. Didn't feel in danger in the complex. Make sure you get a sticker! Or park visitors. Towing company sucks and comes randomly."

"Absolute trash-pile of an apartment complex. The new management let the pool go a horrible green color in the middle of summer and didn't fix it for over a month. The entire complex has a bedbug issue. All the units have that signature "Landlord Special" paint job. They'll never give you your deposit back. Be prepared to go elsewhere for laundry as well, since none of the machines ever work."

"Pretty much meets my expectations for the rate I'm paying. Maintenance has been fine whenever I need something fixed and I rarely have had any issues. The lights and the laundry are my only real complaints. Aside from gates, lighting is the #1 security feature that a property can offer. Since there are no gates, the lights should be prioritized more highly. My porch light has been out for a while and I've been neglecting to submit a work order to see if it would be taken care of. It hasn't been replaced, leading me to believe that they do not perform light checks or do not follow up on them. Walking around the property confirms that I am not the only one with this issue. It is really too hard to see around at night. Since the property does not have any units with washer/dryer hookups (at least mine doesn't), you would think that the laundry rooms on site would be in working order. I learned pretty quickly upon move-in that I need to take my clothes to the laundromat instead because the machines on site are quite frankly garbage. Aside from the fact that they only accept quarters and there is no change machine, you'd be lucky to find a machine that works at all. Otherwise, it's worth staying here for the cheap rent and quiet atmosphere despite being so close to the highway. There are definitely some improvements that can be made, and I'm sure that if the 2 I noted above are fixed that this could be a really nice property."

"Manager doesn’t care about tenants or property. Maintenance takes 2 days to come fix ONE thing. Laundry room has been out of order for YEARS. Property is dirty and not taken care of at all. I do NOT recommend living here. Definitely not even worth the “lower” monthly rental prices they charge."
