"Awesome little apartments, I have been at denton north a few months now and honestly its been one of the best places ive ever rented at, the office ladies are all very nice and respectful and the maintenance is very good at responding to any issues. Very clean grounds and a safe place to be situated at."
"Great if you don’t mind being treated like garbage by administrators who think tenants are less than human. Cheap apartments. You get what you pay for. I had to get the city involved before one of the administrators (who is on a perpetual power trip) would schedule pest control to come in."
"In college this is my first apt. I've been here 9 months. I was pleased. I don't have any pest complaints. My neighbors are fine. There are noisy kids that play at the playground but I've gotten used to it. The staff was always nice although they're not open on the weekends. Laundry machines are ok. Ample parking. I would recommend the apartments as long as you have descent neighbors"
