"My husband and I moved in mid June (about 7 months ago) and the original unit we were put in was not livable. The bottom of the kitchen cabinets were literally sagging and caving in and the smell was so bad my family and I were all gagging and it was not cleaned. The front office lady kept saying it was recently cleaned and there was nothing she could do because there were "no more available units". My husband had to argue with her and threaten to terminate our lease for her to give us a new unit and even then she just gave him a key and told him to go find it. It took us 2 hours to get into the unit because it was locked from the inside and the manager refused to get off her butt to help (we had to pop the back door off the track with no help from maintenance since she told us to figure it out). Once we got in she told us to make a list of everything that needed to be fixed and they would fix it ASAP. That was 7 months ago a 0 things have been fixed. At the 5 month mark someone finally came in, they looked at everything then said they'd go grab stuff and never came back..... We haven't been able to use our dishwasher the whole time we've lived here because it is filled with mold and we gag opening it. I've tried running cycles through with cleaner and everything but nothing works. We have missing doors and the cabinet doors fall off easily- we've had to reput on cabinet doors more times than I can count. In the summer the AC could not keep up so it was a steady 81 degrees in our apartment and a $300 utility bill per month throughout the summer months (maintenance wouldn't replace the unit because it was "too cool to replace"). We can't use our front two burners on the stove because there are exposed wires and we had to buy our own things that slide under the burners because maintenance never brought ours. The front office is never open when I go up there to talk to management and they never answer the phone. Our unit is "remodeled" which just means they put stickers on top of the old cabinets and countertops (maintenance guy literally admitted this on move in day). Therefore all of the sinks are rotted and caving in under the stickers and again the cabinet doors easily fall off. I scrubbed this place moving in but there is so much dirtiness built up I could only do so much. With how much rent is here compared to newer places don't waste your money living here, I could go on and on about my experience here but I think that's enough to get my point across."

"This place was is awful. Save yourself. It’s disgusting. There are bugs everywhere and the ‘pond’ in the courtyard does not have a functioning fountain so it is stagnant water that the bugs breed in- you can’t escape it. The doors are not sealed so they will get in. They did not thoroughly clean the apartment when we moved in. They leave trash laying around. For our entire first month there was moldy food in the main hallway. They do not respond to maintenance requests. If you call them and ask they say they have more pressing matters. If they DO attempt to come, they literally just don’t actually come. I have had multiple occasions now where I waited for an hour or longer for maintenance staff that said they were coming at a specific time, and they never came. They never came back after or communicated with us about it. We have not had a working microwave for a couple months now and the washer has been broken the entire time as well. The AC does not work properly and they are unwilling to fix or replace it. Our AC will get up to 81 while being set to 55 and they tell us it is completely normal. They love to turn the water off for hours without any warning. My car was robbed within the first week of moving here. Staff was rude and did not care when I reported it. I know there are limitations to what they can do about that, but they could have been more professional and pretended to be sympathetic. The ‘dog park’ has a blanket of dog poop that is never addressed. People should pick up their own dog’s waste of course, but it’s gotten ridiculous. I don’t feel safe bringing my dogs to the ‘dog park’. I pay about $1600 a month for this dump. You can find better. Look elsewhere. They've also now changed online payments to require you pay through an unnecessary points service that charges an extra $10 per payment. So if you have two people it's an extra $20 on rent. It's really messed up they changed that."

"I should’ve read the reviews before signing a lease here. This place is an absolute scam! We barely lasted a week here before breaking the lease. The apartment looks very old, outdated and nothing like the photos they show you! The place is very filthy, there’s mold in the bathrooms. Lots of knobs on cabinets missing and very flimsy doors and handles. No ceiling lights in bedrooms or living room. The washing machine was left disgusting, full of grime and god knows what else, and it doesn’t drain! They neglected to replace the ac filter and the air in the apartment just felt gross and made us itchy. The blinds were also in horrendous shape. I was told when I got the keys that they’d be replaced that day, but it took them till the last day of living here for it to happen, after having to call them multiple times. I spoke with Khristi, the property manager, about these issues and expressed how upset I was about all of this, but she did not seem to care. She just gave excuses or tried to make it seem like it was my fault, like saying that the washing machine didn’t drain because I likely had too big of a load, even though it was just a thin blanket I was washing. All I got was another bare minimum cleaning, and the mold was fixed in only one of the bathrooms. All other issues were still there. I’m so glad I’m out of this place."

"Do not move here under any circumstances. Our AC has been broken for 3 months. Our dryer has been broken for 4 months. The ceiling to our bathroom has been leaking for 3 months and will soon collapse. Our mailbox has been broken for 4 months and we have to drive to the post office for mail. My car has been towed out of the parking lot two times. Our neighbors play loud music well past 2:00AM and nothing has been done to correct the issue. This is all despite several maintenence and management requests to fix these issues. This is the worst managed apartment complex in Denton by far."
