"the maintenance flooded my apartment after us asking for a week to get the sink fixed. our rug got ruined in the process, we complained about the smell coming from it even after they “cleaned it”. that $1000 rug has been thrown away, after they told us we would be fined if it was kept in the house. it’s from their negligence that we lost it, and i had to pull it out from the apartment while it was still full of water myself. let’s not mention the fact my smoke alarm goes off every time i cook on the stove or oven, it even goes off when i run the shower at hottest setting. my mailbox was broken from the moment i moved in. they claimed the apartment we were moving in was renovated, but they just put in a new refrigerator, laminate hard wood floors and painted over the nasty shower tub. there’s mold growing underneath whatever paint they used for a SHOWER. it took weeks for us to see the place, and when we did sign the lease and tell them everything that was wrong, nothing got fixed by the time we moved in. very unprofessional and i wouldn’t suggest moving here."
