"One of the worst management ever seen, when i move in it was ZRS and it was named as ‘the mark at denton’. Now the management has changed and it’s one of the worst apartment management ever seen. And the manager is so rude and unprofessional, they are trying to make use of the student crowd and making some lame reasons and forces the old residents to vacate on the peak time of the college intake and making use of the new students. And yes this is happening and no head of the management is taking care of. They gave 1week notice to vacate, we asked for additional time for the process, the rude manager yelled us stating to be homeless or whatever you wanna doo. Is this kind of management we want to live in. Great! God bless America."

"When I originally moved into this complex it was named The Mark and it was managed by ZRS and towards the end of my lease it was purchased by Graystar and was renamed the Beverely. After the purchase and new management took over everything went downhill. New management is completely disorganized and immediately raised the rent by hundreds of dollars. The staff managing the office have absolutely no clue what they are doing and when you move out get ready for the most ridiculous move out requirements that I have ever seen. They require you to repaint your own walls and they charge you hundreds of dollars if you don’t, and this is not the only move out requirement. They send you an extensive cleaning list and i spent hours scrubbing every inch of my apartment when I left and they still billed me for cleaning. The last few months while I lived there before move out were terrible. Its impossible to get in touch with office staff and they never have any idea whats going on and usually they are very rude. They are always contradicting each other they are never on the same page and trying to get any answers from them is next to impossible. They also constantly enter your apartment and I do not know why. It is such an invasion of privacy. Stay far away from here, the apartments are nice but not worth the price or the constant headache from their terrible management. I loved my apartment when I lived there, but I was driven away by the new management."

"Giving them ONE star is being very generous. Management is terrible. Overpriced and FAR FROM luxury living. Ever since they switched to Graystar, management has been terrible. Expect to wait over 60 days to get your deposit back. They say it MAY take up to 40 days, but that is not correct. It takes longer. Every time you call on, you get a different excuse. Nobody seems to know what is going on! Moving from there was the BEST decision I ever made. Do better The Beverly at Denton."

"This is a really nice apartment complex but it is way overpriced. When I had 3 months left on my lease the complex changed owners. Greystar is horrible. And they will not connect back with calls or emails unless it’s the automated email. Whatever you do don’t rent with them it’s been such a pain. When I had problems there they were rarely fixed on time. Which is inane with how much you are paying to live there."

"My feelings have since changed about this complex. Not as great as I thought. For most of my first year my neighbors above my head made living here miserable. Grown adults running around, slamming doors and stomping all day and night. Our renewal offer was never sent to us which was a huge inconvenience. We were given no opportunity to weigh out our options. A water pipe breaks and twice the community has to go without water with no compensation. I would like to enjoy being home on my off day but now I have to expect someone coming in to do random maintenance checks. That’s really invasive. Yes they send dozens of text and emails communicating these expectations but I’m just over the antics and pretty sure this is my last year here. This just hasn’t been a luxury experience."
