The Village at Rayzor Ranch

"Literally me and my son first apartment and I enjoyed every experience I had at razor ranch. Where do I start from WinCo's, Walmart, Chipotle, chic fil a, Ross, Bath and body works and literally any restaurants only being 5 minutes from home. The apartments are so secure and safe, the amenities are beyond expectations. And saving the best for last Crystal, Erika, and Gary are immaculate, literally the best! I really miss my apartment and really enjoyed my home. The village at rayzor ranch is forever family."

"I wanted to take a moment to write a review about how wonderful our stay has been so far at this place. From day one the staff and managers have been nothing but accommodating and helpful. We know that apartment living comes with a lot of things that are not in our control. However, the ease and care at which this management has handled our issues has been nothing short of amazing. On multiple occasions they did not hesitate to go out of their way for our requests. The apartments are beautiful, the staff is incredible (including front desk and maintenance), and I have found this to be one of the best overall apartments I have had the pleasure of living in."

"We rented a 2 bedroom apartment here from 2021-2022, and the only "luxury" was that the hallways were indoors and had AC/heat, while other comparable apartment complexes had outdoor hallways and no elevators. From the get go, the washer/dryer unit was broken. At that time, these apartments were only a year old. They said they would replace the unit, and we thought we would receive a new washer/dryer, but they dragged in a used unit from somewhere... Shortly after, the handle on the dryer door fell off, and we put in a few requests for them to fix this, but no one ever showed up so we just dealt with a dryer unit with no door handle for two years. So much for renting a "luxury" apartment unit. For being only a year old at the time, the carpet looked old and worn already. They likely put in the cheapest carpet and padding available, as the carpeting was not soft at all to walk on. It's a good thing the deposit was only $250, as they decided to keep most of that deposit and only returned $24 to us, with no explanation as to why they kept most of our deposit?? We cleaned the unit better than the tenants who lived there before us, as we had to clean parts of the bathrooms and kitchen before moving in, and the carpet did not seem to have been shampooed prior to us moving in. So we are still clueless as to why they kept the majority of the deposit, but $226 wasn't worth our time fighting them about it, so we decided to let them keep it."

"Toured this lovely property with Quincy and had a wonderful experience. He was super kind during the initial tour, answering my numerous leasing questions.The apartment is gorgeous,the pool, gym and apartment grounds are out of this world. 10/10! "I’ve recently moved into Rayzor Ranch and Erika helped us with the application process and as well as move in. She was incredibly kind and helpful and made for such a smooth and enjoyable experience. I’m loving the amenities, to start my door is such easy access making taking in the groceries a breeze, the pool has been a must for me and it’s always clean. The grounds always well kept. Also my dog adores going to the dog park and the dog spa is just genius and helps me keep my home and pup clean. So far I’ve have had a incredible experience, and so glad to have found my new home!
