Gardens of Denton Apartments

"The Gardens worked with us to get the move in date that worked best for my roommate and I despite needing to change it a couple of times. The apartments, facilities and complex as a whole are beautifully maintained. There were a few hiccups as far as maintenance issues are concerned upon move in, but they are being handled promptly. The property management staff is great, Megan, Ali and Makenzy are all wonderful. Very personable and attentive. Overall one of the better move in experiences I've had"

"Ali is super friendly, very informative, had a positive attitude and overall helpful. During the in-person tour was through and spoke to me like she genuinely wanted to have me as a resident!"

"This complex is branded as "luxury" apartments but that has been the furthest word I'd use to describe my experience. For one, you can almost never reach the leasing office by phone. The office is also only open for a certain amount of hours during the week, which is frustrating if you work full-time. The maintenance team is slow to respond and they aren't thorough with their work. They frequently make mistakes, miss steps, and are careless. If an appliance stops working, they'll just scavenge an old appliance from another apartment usually, they almost never order anything new. Someone was supposed to fix a pipe under the bathroom sink and they installed it incorrectly, water was leaking under the sink, damaging the wood for at least a week. We also had an issue with our dishwasher and we were assured that we'd receive a brand new one. It arrived broken and the maintenance team member assigned to the task neglected to turn the water in the kitchen back on, left the old dishwasher rack on top of our stove and didn't lock the door on his way out, compromising our security. And the hallways are filthy, dead grasshoppers and crickets everywhere, people frequently leave trash, etc. It's probably one of the more affordable places in Denton, but if you quality is a top concern for you, avoid this place entirely."

"This is a beautiful property, grounds are always keep up and clean. Entire staff is amazing, friendly and always ready to help with any situation that occurs. All my maintenance request are completed in a timely manner. Love this place , and my apartment Thank you Gardens of Denton"

"This place is pretty great. It’s clean. The apartments are nice. The new management has done lots of good work over the past couple of years, they’ve improved this place a lot. I’ve lived here for three years now, and would renew my lease again Younger families live here. Lots of people in their mid 20s-mid 30s Building three needs a cleaning Maintenance is good, there’s probably like one who’s work I wasn’t satisfied with. Building three needs a cleaning. Shoutout to Megan, shes a great manager"
