"This place is a MESS! Like other comments you'll see, parking here is an absolute nightmare with the complex towing vehicles that should NOT be towed and leaving vehicles that aren't even registered! Office staff couldn't care any less about you, your family, your pets, your opinions, and they simply cannot be bothered with anything pertaining to their residents. But they're always more than happy to charge you more and more money after each year! Pests are out and ABUNDANT! Several rodents, all of the bugs imaginable... Coming home from work ANYTIME after 7pm or 8pm? Don't even bother coming home as you won't have a spot to park in due to lack of care or consistency from office staff ensuring parking for PAYING RESIDENTS. And when you HAVE to park in the front office area, be prepared for your car to be towed by morning as "there are plenty of spots in the complex". After PAYING for a COVERED PARKING SPOT (extra expense monthly), I had someone park their broken down, unregistered (no license plate, no parking sticker, nothing) car in my spot for well over a week!! I emailed the office staff, their corporate office, called both parties and even ENVOLVED THE POLICE and towing agencies! In the end, it took me waiting it out and leaving COUNTLESS notes on the individuals car letting them know that I'm PAYING for THAT SPOT! Office staff did absolutely nothing to assist with having this problem corrected and couldn't even so much as apologize for their lack of care or compassion for their RESIDENTS. We had someone actually DRIVE INTO OUR APARTMENT and DEMOLISHED SEVERAL A/C UNITS AND THEN TRIED TO FLEE THE SCENE!!!!! The ONLY PERSON that showed ANY care or compassion was the maintenance leader. He showed up when emergency crews did and even found the person reliable for the destruction. After calming down residents and ensuring everyone was okay, I had to contact the office staff/corporate office and let them know that several A/C units were DESTROYED (like completely flattened, demolished) and needed to be replaced and that my bathroom was a complete mess. This left tile loose along with damaging the entire wall of my bathroom, which was met with absolutely no care from office staff. The only person I can give any credit to is the maintenance leader, he has always been kind and consistent with the work he has done for us and I cannot thank him enough! This is by far, one of the WORST complexes you can find in the area, there are SEVERAL other options available in this city, I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE AS THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!"

"I've lived here for a year and a half, and the only good thing I can say about this place is that the maintenance staff is EXCELLENT. He's very quick to respond to requests and is highly knowledgeable. Overall, this place is bad and I'll be happy when my lease is up. Office staff doesn't answer or even read emails or answer/return phone calls; half the time they aren't even in the office during their hours. When I do manage to find someone there, they act like everything is a massive inconvenience to them. Additionally, parking is an absolute nightmare. They'll tow vehicles that are properly parked but won't tow "visitors" parking in resident-only spots for weeks at a time. All of this and they try to increase the monthly rent to well over $1500 for a small 1-bedroom apartment. Do yourself a favor and don't apply here."

"Applied for an apartment here. We have excellent credit and rental history. And a good solid job history. We got denied for reasons they won’t disclose until we talk to their “leasing company” not to mention they plan on keeping a deposit to an apartment we got denied for. I’m guessing this is a money laundering scam. Definitely calling the better business bureau on them. What they are doing in not right. Also not to mention the picture below with RATS in it. May be a blessing in disguise we got denied."

"Move it was quick and easy. My dog loves the big dog park and the pool is amazing. Also love our new apartment and there’s so much lighting. The restroom and closet is huge. The study is great for my work from home station and gaming room."
