"The apartments used to be super nice but not anymore they are turning into the Crowley projects. The hallways are so nasty and unspeakable I don’t see how they took the time to renovate and not clean the apartments flooring and hallway areas. On top of that there’s trash all over the property and neighbors who throw food outside attracting roaches. There are so many people dealing drugs out of the apartments it’s ridiculous not to mention unsafe for the children that just so happen to ALWAYS be running around unsupervised. And please don’t ever have an issue with your apartment maintenance will take months or not come at all to fix the most minor thing. If you have literally ANY other option I’d move there before even stepping foot on the property. As far as management goes they’re pretty nice but that doesn’t matter when you’re living in filth."

"If you prefer a particular quality of living I would find somewhere else. These areas are never maintained and depending on the people you live around will only get worse. If i had to choose two words to describe these apartments they would be “CROWLEY PROJECTS”. We wont even get started on the skinny rude heffa in the office"

"Staying at Worthington point has been a nightmare. It started off as an amazing apartment complex when lahoma was here's. trash is overflowing in the front dumpster every week and Almost everyday. There's trash all over the grounds of the apartment complex. someone shot someone over a year ago near the front office. I have been harassed multiple times by my neighbor's husband. the apartment complex Did nothing they just told me it's best I move. There was a roach problem for several months and it wasn't fixed until after several months of complaining. rent keeps going up but the class Of people that live in these apartments keep going down. Loose dogs always so be aware of your surroundings. Check out fort worths crime Map and look at the reports on this apartment complex. Crime is everywhere but when left unchecked it gets out of control. Arnika George in the front office does not care about the residents at all. Assets management company is terrible."
