"The only reason why I left 1 star is because I can’t pick a 0 the new office lady is absolutely horrible. She literally is rude and disrespectful! She came banging on my door and scaring my kids. When I told her not to bang on my door so hard she then proceeds to tell me to pack my stuff and leave. Mind you my kids were standing right at the door with me! Then when I closed the door she screamed get out!!! I can smell the racism on her and so desperately wish we still had terry!! They need to get this karen from out the office!!!"

"At first, the manager (Terri) seemed wonderful. She had said she would have our AC unit fixed prior to us moving in, but we ended up going 5 months without a functional AC. She also has told us several times that we never paid the pet deposit, despite proof from our bank that we paid. Every other month she states that we owe the pet deposit still, so I don’t think she fixes anything in the system like she says she will. Terri will also call/text right before the office closes so she doesn’t have to speak to us. The maintenance man is the only competent person at this place. I’d give him 5 stars if I could."

"I was having a hard time finding somewhere to live for me and my children until I met Terry! She has been more than amazing to me! She worked so quickly on my application and let me know what I needed to do to be approved, she turned my application around in the same day! I am so grateful!"
