Bristol Square Apartments

"The manager is great it’s the owners that don’t seem to care bout us tenants that have to suffer even if you upgrade your apartment yourself they don’t appreciate it they would really help us (me) if I could get new windows in a bad way"

"People keep parking all their cars in front of my parents house they don’t really mind it but wen they park behind the drive way and they can’t really back out , it is becoming a problem! I called the office to inform but nobody ever answers! courtesy of others give your people parking passes ! So much empty parking spaces! Why don’t u give them a parking pass!! It’s not their fault for parking there iits the owner of Bristol squares whom is at fault ! I will be giving a complaint to the city of crowley!"

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Your car will be broken into, the cops are there at least 3 times a week. Nobody there is employed, so everyone is desperate. My car was broken into for change in the cup holder. I provided a written 30 day notice (as the manager Karen Taylor said that's all I had to do) and still received a bill. They are extremely shady, and the manager only looks put for herself and her family that lives there. If you are hard working, and enjoy a peaceful environment, refer to my opening statement!! Rent also goes up every month for those that are employed."

"Bristol Square apartments is a government run place. They have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The manager is a really nice person. The management will try to work with you on some thing's. If it becomes a regular thing though they will not do so. The bottom apartments have all linoleum flooring. The upper apartments will have some carpeting in them. They do get roaches as every apartment complex will. Roaches are brought in during move ins from other places. They do monthly spraying for them at no cost to the tenant. The water is paid here. You are responsible for the electric and whatever else like cable."

"People seem to always complain but forget these are not middle-class apartments. There are roaches in some buildings, the people are mixed between elderly, kids, addicts, cops, and few in between. But the manager is very cool and understanding the maintenance Guy is pretty nice and if you don't like it here than someone would gladly take your place who could really use it."
