"I'm not sure where to begin, My boyfriend and I have lived here for 1 year and a few months. Within the past 7 months we had one incident with our oven that was provided with our unit that I tried to use the self clean button for the first time here before taking a nap, if my boyfriend never forgot his work bag and had to come back to our unit I probably would've passed out due to our unit filling with smoke and none of our smoke detectors or any alarms went off in our unit. Which should've been our first red flag but the stove was replaced as well as smoke/fire detectors that actually work. Fast forward to summertime we noticed crickets entering our unit , we never use our patio, we started closing all of our drains, had maintenance check our baseboards for any leaks and putting in requests for pest control who only comes when requested although it's a mandatory monthly fee. All of those things didn't prevent the crickets from coming in as well as a baby lizard so the only place we believe they're entering in at is in our laundry closet where there is an extra open drain which we never realized but once again we put a request in to have it covered because the amount of insects entering our unit on the third floor is outrageous. Fast forward our request was in for almost 2 weeks and maintenance finally shows up to only cover the drain with foil. As well as spray painted our rusted air vent in our restroom but wasn't truthful and said it was a replacement. Besides the constant problems with our unit the apartment as a whole has lost great quality from: random power outages regardless of weather, mandatory non-negotiable monthly fees such as; pest control that only comes when requested, online system to control locks, a/c to unit, leak sensors. It's lack of assistance when their is an issue that you would like solved regardless if you call the office, email, as well as go to the office to speak directly with management. We don't feel valued nor do we appreciate paying as much as we do to live here with unprofessional management."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE I lived here for 3 years and everything was sort of okay until this last year. I got diagnosed with a form of Hodgkin’s lymphoma and was not able to be at my residence because I was in the hospital for a month trying to figure it out. While I was gone, I came back to check on my apartment only to find my car GONE. I had my nice BMW in one of the sheltered parking that costs about $70 extra a month per rent. I went into the office to of course find out what has happened to my car, they go and say “You had a flat tire.” I ask if they called and let anyone know about the moving of my car…. NOPE. They said they left a letter on top of my car but didn’t call to inform that the car had a low tire and was going to be towed soon. When they did call because I turned off my AC in my unit. I don’t get how paying for my car to be covered and safe, and my BMW gets towed without my consent… while I’m doing chemo treatments in the hospital and they told me to go get it. Ridiculous. They waved the fee because they knew they were in the wrong. The manager was at their daughters cheerleader practice so I had to get help from their assistant manager at the time. Then when I go get my car, the people THERE tell me that the tire isn’t even low and bring out their measuring stick. I spent the last few months on my lease very anxious and surprised they didn’t offer any other remedy for the situation. If I took toothpaste out of your bathroom without permission, I wouldn’t tell you to “go get it”. Especially if you’re fighting for your life. Completely unprofessional for a complex."

"Don’t live here unless you plan on never moving out. They illegally withheld part of my security deposit for “damages” that didn’t exist, then promptly began ignoring me. We had no pets, no kids, and took exceptionally good care of keeping the unit clean. The BH corporate team won’t respond to me either. For how little they take care of the property, they really expect you to leave the apartment in perfect condition as if you never lived in it."

"I hate this apartment and the company that manages it. Here's a small list of why you should stay away: 1. The stairway has the constant smell of animal urine that gets so much worse in the summer! Also, don't forget to watch where you walk. Dog owners are less likely to pick up their pet's droppings. 2. They installed new thermostats (that no one asked for)just to raise the price of the apartment and say they did updates. 3. There's not enough parking for residents and no handicap designated parking at all. 4. They threaten residents with towing but don't actually remove anyone. Good luck finding decent parking on the weekday if you work late. 5. They regularly charge you for pest control that they don't do at all! You have to schedule it everytime. 6. The fees added to your rent will cause it to rise an additional $100 so be ready. 7. The property manager (they replied to this review see below)and assistant mgr. approved the maintenance crew to clear out my storage unit without my permission or knowledge. Personal information, my daughter's baby memorabilia, etc all gone because these people don't keep records well. I could go on but this place isn't worth it. This is NOT a luxury apartment at all and I can't wait for my lease to end so I can run away. Do NOT be fooled by these people. *Update* (7/11/23) RUN! Do not let this response fool you. This place has done absolutely NOTHING about our storage unit but was kind enough to send me a $500 bill at the end of my lease. How sweet of them right?! Save yourself the same fate and go somewhere else."
