"Highly recommend not to choose this apartment for your move-ins, The apartments were very old modeled and it comes with a package of drainage problems and water over flow from wood floor problems and I would say these were pretty common, one more to add: when we finally left the place we were fined with a 2000$ fine for absolutely nothing, we were charged with common wear and tear problems and surprisingly were charged 900$ for paint job which I assume we would not be responsible for, I could strongly say that the whole agency or managemen Is a big steal"
