"For some reason the pool is always closed. The kids that work there act superior for some reason. the fingerprint scanner are pretty nasty cuz they never clean em. Not worth the price at all."

"this place is possibly the biggest bait and switch ever. the activities and events are NOT WORTH THE COST! Don't get talked into signing this lease. they make it sound great. But kids are running the place. Tiktoks and social media is the focus. the management is nonexistent. Can't get anyone on the phone ever. I've tried. I wouldn't pay to have my kid live here again. It smells like weed in the elevators and halls and the fire alarms go off from it. It's not worth the cost even a little. And they have raised the rent $220 in one year. they nickel and dime you for every possible charge they can think of. it your phone stops working and it's out of your control, you have to pay them to re-do your finger print so you can get into the building and door. it's ridiculous. Worst experience ever. I've dealt with other apt complexes for student living and there are BETTER ONES !!!"

"Terrible experience. 1. Move in - waited in line 1.5 hr to get to a room that door not locking. 2. Entered to smell of illegal substances. Filthy kitchen and common areas. 3. Door app doesn't work but you are charged for then to open it even when it wasn't actually fixed from a work order. 4. Dirty walls, dirty air filter. Old food existing in kitchen. 5. Not luxury at all. Beware of claims of luxury and safety."

"The amenities are nice if you use them, but that is about it. The bedrooms are pretty small considering the price. The dog park would always get over run with poop. Many residents seemed entitled and would make life more difficult for everyone else. The only entrances to the entire complex are at the front (lobby and common area) and the parking garage. There were no entrances on the sides of the building, which just made things more dificult than it needed to be. "Safety" was always preached by management. This made things more difficult than safe. The fingerprint access to get through most doors was so annoying. The staff seemed nice but there looked to be a lot of turnover which is not a good sign. There are two elevators at the front and thank god for that because one of them was always broken. There were just a lot of small things that annoyed me living here and it all added up to make a very unenjoyable experience."

"This is a great complex, and I of course love the amenities and various events they throw, which includes free gift bags, free food, ordering food trucks to the complex, etc.. However, it's not without glaring flaws. Many aspects are very inconvenient. There are fingerprint scanners on most public doors on the complex, so if you cant use your finger for some reason or the scanner has been tampered with or if the power is out (this happened to me, trapped in the stair well), then you can forget getting in or out. There are so many incredibly expensive, unavoidable fines. Noise complaints are $200 for the second offense and you cannot fight them OR fix the issue because it's supposedly confidential information. Get a new phone? $25 to link back to the app. Lose your key? $50 to get into your room and $25 more to get a key. And that's just the surface. Outside of this, the leasing office and staff are very kind. There are some who will bend the rules and some who won't, for better or for worse. Overall though, this is a great apartment if you have money to burn."
