Bevan Apartments at Trophy Club

"I had the pleasure of working with Alexis Keeter who really understands and drives customer centricity. The day before my move I was furniture shopping and called her when I was in the store about 4 times and she kept going back and fourth to get me specific measurements about the apartment rental so I could make sure my furniture fit. She is full of energy and goes above and beyond. The day I moved in she took the time to show me around the complex and answered all of my questions. I also wanted to recognize Tanner Pope. Tanner had helped me find an apartment model that met my needs. He was very professional and courteous as he listened to understand my situation. Tanner showed me multiple models and also gave me a tour of the facility. He also made it very easy for me to fill out my application and quickly got back to me with next steps. The Bevan Apartments is a great place to live great amenities and stores and shops in the center of it all. Super close to DFW which is important to me as I travel and just a short few miles to Southlake for some great shopping! Thank you Bevan team for making my experience world class!....Rob S."

"I want to share something that happened to me when getting a cup of coffee accidentally dropped my drink it went all over the floor and glass door. I was so embarrassed, Ebony saw it came right over and insisted that she would clean it up. Even when the mop arrived she took charge and would not let maintenance help. She goes above and beyond with helping out others. I have seen her kindness many times and from her staff as well. Great leadership like this is hard to find. I continue to refer new tenants. I am very happy at The Bevon!!. I hope she will laugh about the pic I had to sneak."

"Bevan in Trophy Club is such a beautiful property and very conveniently located off the highway. The whole staff was extremely welcoming from the moment I walked in. I toured the space with Tanner, who showed me all the ins and out of the apartment and amenities. He was extremely polite, kind, knowledgeable and thorough, and answered any little questions I had. I couldn’t thank him enough. The gym was most definitely my favorite as it is two stories and you can access it on both levels. Highly recommend Bevan to anyone shopping for apartments in the area!"

I’ve been here about 8 months and the leasing staff, maintenance and management have been so kind, helpful, patient and respectful. Thank you Ebony for always being so ready and willing to help! The grounds are always so well-maintained, access into the amenities and gates are always secure. My neighbors pick up after their pets and everyone is friendly and respectful of quiet hours.
